Prima Hotel, alleen wat ouderwets.
Pros:

ontbijt was goed. personeel vriendelijk. de locatie is ten opzicht van de U en Sbahn ideaal.
eigen parkeerplaats. bedden waren prima.

Cons:

Het Hotel zou wel een update kunnen gebruiken. Geen airco, wel ventilator op kamer.
TV moet wat groter, ten opzichte van afstand vanuit het bed. Douchecabine is wat klein.
in de kluis moest nog een batterij in, die lag ervoor, maar wij kregen hem er niet in!!! schroef in de weg!!
parkeerplaats is wel erg smal. het is nogal een gemanoeuvreer als er andere al staan, om hem goed neer te zetten.
er kunnen 4 auto's staan.
zou de volgende keer een toch wat meer van deze tijd Hotel nemen.

Zu teuer für das Gebotene
Pros:

Wir nutzen dieses Hotel seit langem, im Schnitt drei- bis viermal im Jahr. Ein (einst)preiswertes Stadthotel, das ich in die 2,5-Sterne- Kategorie einordnen würde. Bett, kleiner Fernseher, kleiner Kühlschrank, sogar ein Sofa, - das war‘s und für 85 Euro pro DZ absolut in Ordnung. Mittlerweile aber hat sich der Service verschlechtert, die beiden Gratis-Fläschchen Wasser wurden gestrichen(Gläser und Flaschenöffner gibt es aber noch), am sehr unpersönlichen Empfang kommt man gelegentlich weder mit deutsch noch englisch klar. Leider ist in gleichen Zeitraum aber der Preis deutlich gestiegen - für ein stornierbares Zimmer ohne Frühstück im Schnitt auf 125 Euro pro Nacht. Das ist für eine Bleibe dieser Güte - keine Aircondition selbst in den sehr warmen Zimmern zur Sonnenseite - deutlich überhöht. Nicht ohne Wehmut werden wir uns fortan nach einer anderen Bleibe in Berlin umsehen.

Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, direkt neben der U-Bahn. Ein großer Parkplatz ist direkt nebenan.

Cons:

Das 3-er Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und war sehr klein für 3 Personen. Wir waren dort nur für eine Nacht, jedoch in der Zeit, in der es tagelang Temperaturen um die 35 Grad gab.
