Πολυ καθαρό. Πολυ καλό στρώμα. Ευρύχωρο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Δίπλα σε στάσεις του προαστιακού σιδηρόδρομου και του μετρό. Όμορφη γειτονιά. Καλή τιμή.

Δεν ειχε κλιματιστικό ή ανεμιστήρα και τις εξαιρετικά ζεστές ημέρες του καύσωνα ηταν πολυ ζεστό το δωμάτιο καθώς ήταν στον τελευταίο όροφο. Επισης δεν ειχε πλήρη συσκότιση και το πρωί μπαινει φως καθώς οι κουρτίνες δεν κλείνουν τέλεια.

Pros:

Room without air-conditioning, not ideal when it is 30+ degrees. With the windows open, a lot of noise comes in.
Breakfast was standard but meets the expectations.

Cons:

No air-conditioning available, the orange juice was awful 😞

This was by far the dirtiest hotel with the worst facilities I have ever experienced in my life. I travel extensively, both for business and leisure, and I have stayed in many hotels around the world.

The furniture and overall facilities were extremely old, worn out, and covered in dust. Even worse, parts of the walls appeared to be deteriorating. There was mold on the walls, and the entire property felt neglected and poorly maintained. Dirt and dust had accumulated in many corners of the room. The overall condition was simply unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of accommodation.

To make matters even worse, on our last night we returned to our room and found it infested with a large number of ants. We had not left any food out, there were no open food packages, and we had already removed all trash from the room. Nevertheless, the room and even the beds were full of ants.

After reporting the issue to the reception staff, who seemed to be aware of the problem but had no proper solution, we were offered a much smaller room with one bed less. We had no real choice but to move there and were forced to share very narrow 90 cm beds. This was completely unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable.

Anyone planning a stay in Berlin and looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably maintained hotel should seriously consider avoiding this property. My experience was absolutely terrible, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber .

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider sehr ernüchternd. Kaum Brötchen Auswahl, keine Alternative An Milch ( Hafermilch ) . Es war für ein Buffet sehr klein gehalten.

Sehr gute Lage mit Anbindung an das städtische Verkehrsnetz, Gaststätten in Fußnähe. Vier kostenpflichtige Stellplätze (20 Euro pro Nacht) im abschließbaren Hof. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert, daher müssen die Fenster nachts im Sommer offen gelassen werden. Bei offenem Fenster sind die Verkehrsgeräusche der nahen Stadtautobahn störend. Ohrstöpsel unbedingt empfohlen
