Emplacement avec une très belle vue sur la mer, chambre confortable et bien équipée, personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Difficultés de wifi ( pas dans la chambre), piscine qui pourrait être mieux nettoyée. Documentation dépassée

A relaxing stay with stunning views and excellent service from Brian — we’d love to come back!
Pros:

The view was absolutely beautiful, waking up to the ocean each morning was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, and Brian was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The place felt peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet getaway.

Cons:

Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger in some areas, but everything else was great.

Excellent to relax if not wanting bars/restaurants every night
Pros:

View, quiet, size of room/balcony, Brian was super helpful, had the pool to ourselves, great value for money, relatively easy access to Airlie Beach, Shute Harbour handy for any tours

Cons:

Facility is not modern, but very adequate. Shame no regular public transport available to the door, but a pleasant walk to it (we usually took an Uber or taxi from Airlie to avoid the hill on the way back) and Brian always available if we needed a lift (eg suitcases to ferry)

Lovely peaceful setting amongst a palmy paradise! Would definitely recommend!
Pros:

We loved the location being away from hustle and bustle of Airlie. Peaceful paradise location would definitely stay again. The owner very friendly and helpful, so was his cat that come for a cuddle every day.

Disappointed with accommodation compared to others around.
Pros:

View was nice.

Cons:

The property was very dated. Old plastic chairs on the narrow balcony- 2 of which were broken. No home comforts like nice soap, shampoo etc. old worn furnishings.
We couldn’t get an uber or taxi when we wanted and the one we pre ordered was going to cost $40 each way. We left after one night and paid the same money for a beautiful modern house with fantastic views in Airlie beach.

Dirty and derelict
Pros:

Friendly owner, lovely view of Shute Harbour.

Cons:

The hotel is on serious need of renovation. Filthy pool, cracked concrete, rust, rickety rotting wood on stairs. Not fit for adults let alone kids. Looks like it hasn’t been renovated for over 30 years. Even the bbq was rusty and not safe to cook on. Location although nice is too far from Airlie beach. Not a single shop nearby. Avoid disappointment by not booking here. Sorry but when you compare to other hotels for the same price this is awful.
