Die Lage ist ideal - das Auto kann stehen bleiben und man erreicht zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten die Main Street und den Bahnhof.
Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Wir konnten schon früher einchecken. Unser Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt.
Das Zimmer war groß, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind bequem.
Eine gute Frühstücksauswahl ist im Preis enthalten.
Besonders gefällt uns der Indoor Pool und die abendliche Cocktailstunde mit je 2 Freigetränken pro Person.

Friendly employees, well maintained room, included breakfast and 2 drink free happy hour.
Pros:

The 3rd floor room was really nice with a balcony with 2 chairs and a table that overlooked part of the train yard and the mountain that people paraglide off of. Clean and well cared for room.

Cons:

the lack of parking close to your room, limited amount of handicap slots. Just not enough land available for parking in this downtown area.

Pleasant hotel in a good location but disappointing breakfast offer.
Pros:

Ideally located for our trip on the Durango to Silverton steam train and many good restaurants.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was poor, paper plates, plastic cutlery and a poor selection. On our second morning we chose to have breakfast in town, despite having paid for it at the hotel as part of the inclusive price

Comfortable, nice service, but the they should have informed us that the Hot Tub was out of order.
Pros:

Saturday morning breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and decent green chile. Sunday morning was fake eggs, bad sausage, but everything else was fine with a waffle maker. The room was clean and well appointed.

Cons:

The Hot Tub was out of order for our entire stay.
