Guests are required to provide the credit card used to make the reservation and corresponding ID upon check-in, otherwise the property reserves the right to reject the reservation.

The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130.00 Euros for 2 people.

Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.

Please note than for more than 4 rooms, the policy will be flexible 30 days and prepayment of 50%.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfortable but noisy
Pros:

Location, right next to Bastille Metro station, and walking distance to some attractions such as Notre Dame

Cons:

It stands on a busy road which during our stay on a Saturday night was very busy until 4 in the morning.

Gemütliches Hotel mit kleiner Bar, sehr freundliches Personal!
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut - wir haben ja genau in dieser Gegend etwas gesucht. Es gehen allerdings viele der Zimmer auf den Boulevard de Beaumarchais, aber die Fenster dichten sehr gut. (Schlafen bei offenem Fenster geht aber nicht).
Cool sind auch die Einzelzimmer im obersten Stock, dort ist die Straßenseite super, da ein guter Blick - auch auf die Spitze des Eiffelturms.

Cons:

Es gab keine Kleenex im Zimmer, sollte eigentlich bei 4-Sternen schon vorhanden sein.

Hôtel confortable très proche de Bastille
Pros:

La chambre est très cosy et même en donnant sur la rue, c'est très silencieux. Excellent petit déjeuner et accueil très professionnel de l'équipe .

Cons:

Rien d'important : pas de crochets pour suspendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Mais c'est réellement tout ce que je peux reprocher.

Excellent spot, nice interiors, helpful and friendly staff and good facilities/service.
Pros:

Breakfast was small in range but really good quality and absolutely enjoyable. The hotel is really well located and just a short walk to Bastille station, great bars and local restaurants and bistros, shops etc. Nice bar and area at the front to hang out. All of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. While the rooms are small they are all equipped and everything was well considered, comfortable and tasteful.

Cons:

Access to the spa facilities as there was no information on booking that some of this was closed for refurbishment. Access to their other spa in another hotel was offered this was ten minutes to travel to so not quite so convenient as coming from your room and we didn't avail as logistics made this difficult.

Leider keine gute Empfehlung

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich ok aber leider nichts was man nicht hundertfach in Paris findet. Das, was es eigentlich ausmachen sollte, der Spa Bereich, ist leider gesperrt. Der Hinweis, dass er nicht benutzbar ist fehlt auf der Homepage. Vor Ort sagte man, das wäre zu kurzfristig gewesen. Auch jetzt wirbt das Hotel weiterhin damit obwohl es nicht zur Verfügung steht. Unsere Beschwerde, dass wir nicht bereit sind, 400 Euro pro Nacht für ein kleines Zimmer zu zahlen für einen Service der nicht zur Verfügung steht wurde mit dem Hinweis begegnet man könne für 1 h in den Spa. Was nun. Kaputt oder doch nicht? Eine geforderte Reduktion der übernachtungskosten wurde abgelehnt. Stattdessen wurde uns ein Getränk spendiert. Wer also viel Geld für durchschnittlichen Service ausgeben will und erfahren möchte, wie Problemmanagement auf keinen Fall funktioniert ist hier genau richtig.

Günlük odada yenilenmesi gereken basit banyo pamuğu& şampuan, gibi şeyler yenilenmedi 7 gün boyunca kaldım sadece bir kez konuldu o da ben söylediğim için.

Klimanın çalışması tutarsız

Asansörde kaldık ve uzun süre yardım gelmedi.
Check out yapacağım zaman yine asansör bozuktu fakat bavullari taşımaya yardımcı olmalarını için ısrarcı olmam gerekti.
Arkadaş canlısı değillerdir.

Odalarda basit bir kahve makinesi dahi yok. Hergün yenilenen veya odaya bırakılan su bile eksikti.
