Not what I expected
Pros:

The breakfast was ok

Cons:

Cocroach in the bathroom, the noise coming from downstairs. I was placed on the floor above the restaurant.

Good hotel with good connection with all area
Pros:

The room was very clean and tidy, not very noisy though it is located in the corner of a busy road. Their price was also reasonably set.

Exceptional
Pros:

Hanoi city view was wonderful. convenient to travel around the capital.
Once I forgot the phone when I was in a taxi, and the hotel staff tried to help me to contact the taxi driver to take my phone back. Appreciate the hospitality of the staff here in Eden!
