Had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Highly recommended. Very easy to reach by car from the airport. Late check-in was no problem. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Nice kitchen. Lovely balcony. Very quiet.

Väldigt bra lägenhet och pool, fanns allt vi behövde för en veckas semester! Heinrich var väldigt trevlig och gav oss massa bra tips, transfer och hjälp! Kommer sakna detta boende!

Good but expected better when compared to the pictures on the booking site.
Pros:

Check-in was easy. Key was in the lock box.
The room did not match the pictures on the website.
It was clean but very dated.
The air conditioner in the second room was too noisy to have on overnight which made for uncomfortable sleeping for my friend. I would suggest replacing it.
The onsite management were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

It was a fair walk into town in the heat.

Ótimo apartamento a 1,5km do centro
Pros:

Apartamento bem amplo com 2 quartos, sala e com toda infra estrutura de cozinha.
Possuía uma varanda e tinha uma piscina no condomínio.

Cons:

Era no 3º andar e só tinha opção de subir de escada.
É um pouco afastado do centro, esplanade, etc. Por volta de 1,5km de caminhada.

Great stay for resting after whole day out in Cairns.
Pros:

The rooms were setup clean. The available appliances were great too. The apartment was very close to city at a walking distance.

Cons:

It would be nice to have extra towels along with face towels too.

Pros:

フロントの方がとてもフレンドリーでした。年末年始の繁忙期にこの値段ならコスパは良いのかな、と。我が家はレンタカーを借りていたので、ロケーションも問題ありませんでしたが、徒歩圏内にレストランなどはありませんのでレンタカー無しだとキツイです。また、食事の度に車移動なので、お酒は飲めません。家族３人でしたので、２ベッドルームのこの広さは贅沢な空間となりましたが、３階だと、エレベーターはありませんので、スーツケースを持って階段をのぼるのは大変です。

Cons:

口コミにあったので、日本からトイレットペーパーや洗濯洗剤、柔軟剤、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ウェットティッシュ、ゴミ袋は持参しました。ティッシュが無かっので現地で調達しましたが、まあまあ高いので持参すれば良かったと後悔しました。トイレットペーパーは２ロールはありますが、それ以上は追加で頼むとお金がかかるみたいです。
バスタオルは4枚、フェイスタオルは１枚…。洗濯機と乾燥機(あっという間に乾きます)があるので、毎日洗濯していました。プール用のバスタオルとかもないので、持参もありかな、と。
食べ物を開けた状態で台所に放置すると、ありが大量発生するので、必ず冷蔵庫へ。お陰様で全てのものがもれなく冷たく固くなってしまいます。
