Good but expected better when compared to the pictures on the booking site.
Pros:

Check-in was easy. Key was in the lock box.
The room did not match the pictures on the website.
It was clean but very dated.
The air conditioner in the second room was too noisy to have on overnight which made for uncomfortable sleeping for my friend. I would suggest replacing it.
The onsite management were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

It was a fair walk into town in the heat.

Ótimo apartamento a 1,5km do centro
Pros:

Apartamento bem amplo com 2 quartos, sala e com toda infra estrutura de cozinha.
Possuía uma varanda e tinha uma piscina no condomínio.

Cons:

Era no 3º andar e só tinha opção de subir de escada.
É um pouco afastado do centro, esplanade, etc. Por volta de 1,5km de caminhada.

Great stay for resting after whole day out in Cairns.
Pros:

The rooms were setup clean. The available appliances were great too. The apartment was very close to city at a walking distance.

Cons:

It would be nice to have extra towels along with face towels too.

Pros:

フロントの方がとてもフレンドリーでした。年末年始の繁忙期にこの値段ならコスパは良いのかな、と。我が家はレンタカーを借りていたので、ロケーションも問題ありませんでしたが、徒歩圏内にレストランなどはありませんのでレンタカー無しだとキツイです。また、食事の度に車移動なので、お酒は飲めません。家族３人でしたので、２ベッドルームのこの広さは贅沢な空間となりましたが、３階だと、エレベーターはありませんので、スーツケースを持って階段をのぼるのは大変です。

Cons:

口コミにあったので、日本からトイレットペーパーや洗濯洗剤、柔軟剤、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ウェットティッシュ、ゴミ袋は持参しました。ティッシュが無かっので現地で調達しましたが、まあまあ高いので持参すれば良かったと後悔しました。トイレットペーパーは２ロールはありますが、それ以上は追加で頼むとお金がかかるみたいです。
バスタオルは4枚、フェイスタオルは１枚…。洗濯機と乾燥機(あっという間に乾きます)があるので、毎日洗濯していました。プール用のバスタオルとかもないので、持参もありかな、と。
食べ物を開けた状態で台所に放置すると、ありが大量発生するので、必ず冷蔵庫へ。お陰様で全てのものがもれなく冷たく固くなってしまいます。

Bij het ophalen van de sleutels (tijdens openingsuren!!!) kregen we te maken met een deur die dicht was en na een kwartier kwam er iemand die niet wist hoe alles werkte en geen Engels sprak. Daarna kwam er een vrouw die slecht Engels sprak en daarna kwam er iemand die we konden verstaan en wist hoe het werkte. Wel kregen we een verkeerde kamer en welkomstbrief.
Kamers waren niet schoon maar wel ruim genoeg.
Als je de slechte reviews leest en dan de reactie van de host dan zie je hoe een kritische klant bedankt word!

Cons:

所謂、「サービス無しアパートメント」で清掃・タオル交換無し、トイレットペーパー補充も無しの施設。Booking.comで最初にそこまで書いてあれば理解前提で利用出来たのに、ベッドメイクして貰えるとスーツケース迄片付けて初日に帰って来たら何もしてなくて、それから慌てて掃除等する羽目に。普通のホテルみたいな表記は良く無いと思いました。
