Service with a smile 😃
Pros:

Have been visiting family in the area and we have decided to turn it to an over night stay. Came cross this hotel and what a find it was. Great service from the moment we walked in. Kids got well looked after by the restaurant staff (thank you everyone) we all know that kids can be a handful sometimes however the staff we crossed path with were extremely helpful and served us with a big smile. Food was excellent too so for sure we will be back again

Generally enjoyed the stay and found the location convenient for travel to loocal attractions
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff in all departments. Room was clean and nice bathroom / shower. Easy to park. has a lift to the first floor. Good location for access to surrounding areas including Bury and Ramsbottom.

Cons:

It was a little noisy on the first night due to a wedding reception but nothing too bad. Room furniture is a bit tired.

Not up to standard
Pros:

Stayed in room 32 on 11th June for 1night. Room was nothing like rooms on web site. When we arrived room was freezing cold. Paint peeling off radiator. Curtain burn hole & dirty as was window frame. Between shower door and vanity unit filthy. We dumped case in room and spent the rest of the day with friends and didn’t go back until bed time. Bathroom has been updated but bedroom seriously needs an upgrade.Girl on reception very pleasant.

Lovely hotel can recommend .
Pros:

Red Hall gets five stars from me all the way. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Our room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious.
We had a late snack in the restaurant and the food we had was excellent.
I need to mention Carla on reception who sorted out my twin bed issue and Jeanie too. The young lady in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive but I don't know her name. All in all a great experience.
