في عمومها لابأس / هناك أمور تحتاج إلى صيانة / بوفيه الإفطار جيد جدا ويوفر أنواع ترضي جميع الأذواق

تعامل الرسبشن وبالأخص الأستاذ عبدالعزيز يشكر على حسن اخلاقه

Cons:

دورات المياة بحاجة ماسة جدا وعلى وجه السرعة للصيانة والتغيير هناك رائحة قوية في دورات المياة وقوة تدفق مياة المرحاض لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب ،والتكييف كان منخفضا
ينبغي على ادارة الفندق أن تبذل الجهد الكافي في تحسين صورته ،، كانت هناك غرفة العاب للأطفال الان بمثابة مستودع تخزين وكانت هناك صالة كبيرة مطلة على المسبح مفتوحة لعملاء الفندق ومرتبة والان أصبحت خالية ومقفلة
طلبت فرشاة أسنان 2 واخبرني الموظف انه قد لايستطيع تلبية طلبي فربما تكون قد نفذت !! يجب الأخذ بالإعتبار أن العميل يدفع لفندق متأكدا انه سيحصل على خدمات متكاملة وليس لمكان إيواء أو مبيت فقط!!

الموظفين جدا لطيفين والاقامة كانت ناجحة وبنعيدها اكيد
Pros:

اخذنا شقة 3 غرف نوم ، الشقة ممتازة و وسيعة ونظيفة ، الاسرة مريحة ودورات المياه نظيفة
المكيفات باردة والمطبخ واسع وفيه اواني والاجهزة الكهربائية مثل الحماصة والميكرويف
