Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The size of the room was perfect for my family. It was well maintained and clean. In this trip, I stayed at four different hotels and hotel apartments, Marriott by far had the best breakfast selection. My kids are picky eaters but all of them found something they liked to eat.

Cons:

The electrical outlet for the Microwave had a loose connection but it didn't bother me cause I was not planning on using it. The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans and we had to open a window for air circulation/ventilation.

الشقة كبيرة وواسعة/ الاثاث والفرش نظيف غير مستهلك / الاكل لذيذ

Cons:

خيارات الاكل قليلة/ الستارة(البلاك اوت)عازل الاضاءة حجمة اصغر من الشباك وبالتالي اضاءة الشمس تدخل الغرف / مكيف الغرفة الرئيسية لايعمل بشكل جيد / مكيفين في الصالة ولكن لايعملون وطلبنا صيانة ولم يتم حل المشلكة / تم وضع اشارة عدم الازعاج ومع ذلك تم الدخول للشقة اثناء عدم تواجدنا / لايوجد عازل صوت والمكان على الشارع العام، طول الوقت نسمع اصوات السيارات ودوريات الشرطة والاسعافات في الغرفة

Great Place for Family to stay in Riyadh
Pros:

All over the property is good location is amazing in central riyadh easy to reach anywhere in half hour

Breakfast is good but need to add more option and break the routine dishes are same everyday

Cons:

The reception staff is good and helpful but need to be more trained.
When i checked in they did not informed me about the breakfast timing or wifi password and gym and swimming and service floors i keep to come back or call them to get the details, they must inform everything when customer check in
