The Seasons Palace looks reasonably good on paper but is barely a 2 star hotel. It is looking and feeling very run down.
Our initial room had an extremely noisy air conditioner and next morning we were given a room change. Rooms are on either side of a central hallway and on 1 side, there is a railway line and the other side is the main highway so noise is a constant problem when trying to sleep. I found the beds to be extremely hard but that may suit some patrons. Even with all windows and doors shut, mosquitoes seem to appear from somewhere. I suspect they come from the drain in the bathroom. Wifi was complimentary but was of poor quality when it was working.
Breakfast was available for 150 baht per person but you could do much better at the local 7/11 store.
It’s cheap and you get what you pay for!!!

Ol, tired, poorly maintained with below average breakfast included. Keep driving is my advice The hotel doesn" t look like the photos, the staff is in no way concerned about the guests and do there best to ignore you.

There are so many unbelievable things to comment about this place, that it could take a year to list all of them.

To start, there was said in the hotel website that there is a free shuttle from the hotel downtown and vicerversa, which they deliberately denied along the several emails we exchanged in order to ask for this service. They then just said they cannot use a shuttle service for every time a client needs it, but recognized they had one, just for some concrete events. When we got to the hotel, there was a paper hanging on a wall with that “inexistent” shuttle service and the different timetables it was available.

Once we got in the room we had to go and ask to be changed to another one since we booked a swimming pool view one and they gave us a “parking view” one instead. We also booked a stay with breakfast included. We showed the reservation and they denied it was okay, just saying we had not contracted that service, and therefore they did not accept to provide it to us even though we showed them the booking.

Apart from all this, the rooms (the two we saw, at least) are in really bad conditions: there are several humidity and mould stains all over the ceilings and walls, that gave the rooms a strong smell that did not go away during our whole stay (DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE PICTURES, they do spent much more time taking care of their quality that they did taking care of the quality of the hotel) and they are not properly clean (not going to give many details... There were hairs all over the shower and floors, a chewing-gum on the floor, dead ants on the bed covers, etc.).
The swimming pool was not clean either. It had numerous dead insects and tree leafs, and there were other plenty of alive water insects who pleasantly had made of the water of the pool their home.
The swimming pool arm chairs were extremely dirty and dusty, and some of them broken.

The staff was rude, impolite and hostile during the whole stay, specially when we rented a motorbike and they give us two helmets, one of them broken, and the bike with no gas. We asked them to put gas and they say we had to go to gas station ourselves. Since we literally insisted, the manager sent one of the receptionist to put gas, who literally shouted at him (thai language) and did not even looked at us for the rest of the stay. That said, they said we had to give back the bike with full deposit (they had just filled half of it) when we gave it back.

We could keep on going, but we are just going to HIGHLY recommend you NOT to step inside such an unpleasant and negligent place. We don not even think it should be allowed to be open.

Ok place for me, but this hotel very different from picture and very far form 7eleven even huahin city. For take a trip with family i not recommend this place. But if you have a short trip its nice place. Their staff Kim very friendly to us

Very old and run down. Management does not invest in improvements or upkeep. Dirty and moldy bathroom. Everything is old. Furniture, bed, tv air conditioner etc. Water heater barely warmer than the tap.

Looking a the photos is was very impressed and we booked a room. Upon arriving this place looks like a new building but when we walked in the lobby it was old and smelly. Going upstairs the hallway floor was dirty, old doors, the e excitement was gone. The room looke d like the pictures but in reality it is a old room, descent but far from what it looked like in the pictures. The photographer can take pictures for me anytime, he is a genius.
The exterior is obviously nicely updated and looks great. Currently they are buiding a new lobby which is almost finished. The pool also looks better on picture and when we were they the water was not clear and clean.
It was cheap and you get what you pay for. It is not all bad but just wanted to let you know not to expect too much and don't be fooled like me when looking at the pictures.

As they said, pictures tell thousand words... but don't ever trust any posted by this hotel management.
Location wise , this hotel is not near to beach nor near to any eatery nor to any convenient store like 7-eleven. It is located near Hua Hin Airport and to get tut-tut to fetch you to the city area, it will cost you. You need to get the hotel staff to call one for you as you can't wait for one by the road side

Check-in is pretty fuss free. The hotel duty-manager speaks decent English and is very helpful. However, the rest of the reception ladies crew speak little English
Rooms given on 2nd floor are decently big but very very tired looking. The toilet is extremely small and unfriendly with ceiling and walls full of mold spots. The toilet's window is scary dirty as the wood trims are having severe rotting. As the toilet is extremely small, the toiletries are put outside the toilet !
I can see once upon a time, the rooms were nice and cosy ... due to aging and part neglect, it is in terrible shape. I asked for double bed and I was given a bed which consisted of 2 singles joint together. It was painfully to sleep with a 'break' horizontally in the middle. We ended sleeping side way to avoid the break between the two single beds.

The 'nice' out-door pool turns out to be a small pool with a single filter pump. The manager gives a lame excuse about the water quality. He blames the raining earlier the day that water to be greenish murky ... YUCK !

The saving grace is the simple but yet adequate buffet breakfast which is included in the room rate

I stayed 3 night .. breakfast for 3 days are the same .. cold egg, cold rice and sausages soak in cold water

Room decorations is terrible .. broken vintage wood. Might imagine yourself in a hunter house.

The room was very good. Food was nice but we were waiting so long for it. Pool was ok. It looked like the pool hasn't been cleaned for long time but still ok. The hotel was quite far from the city but they have a mini van from the hotel to the city following the time table.

This hotel is the worst hotel i have stayed on my 3 week trip around Thailand.
1. I booked this hotel on booking.com for one night and had to secure my booking by using my credit card. At arrival i was told to pay in cash 711 baht, as i did. They told me too that they will NOT charge my credit card because that was only to secure the booking.
After i come back home, i saw they did charge my credit card too for the same one night, 711 baht. I contacted the manager of the hotel but he refused to pay back the double paid amount of 711baht. They were even very rude when i reguested to pay back. They told me that i am not welcome to come back to the hotel ever! Unfortunately i lost the cash paid receit, so i was not able to claim the credit card company. If you make a booking for this hotel online, and secure it by c.c., don't pay cash at arrival.
2 it is way too far from the center of Hua Hin and the beach. You need a taxi or rent a car.
3. Their shuttle service only operate 3 times a day, one time in the morning and 2 times in the afternoon. After 6 pm no shuttle service available!
My advice: go to the road and take a shared taxi, a Sorng-taa-ou (pick up truck with 2 benches), chaepest way of transport.
4. the room, the bathroom and the hotel itself is very old and outdated.
5 rude staff.
Do yourself a favour and look for another hotel, closer to beach or the center of Hua Hin!

This hotel is nice hotel but far from Center . If you don't have a car not easy for go around there because it's out of center and it's noisy sometime with train because train past behind of hotel .

So if you looking for night life or convenience for travel in center this hotel is not inconvenience

Room menu lists mini bar, there isn't. No telephone in room connection broken. Cold eggs for breakfast. The place has seen better days. It is a long way from the action in Hua Hin.On a positive note the staff where great.

เข้าพักวันที่ 25/3/2559 ที่จอดรถโอเค กว้างขวางเพียงพอ สระว่ายน้ำสกปรกเกินไปจะลงเล่นได้ พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ มาถึงห้องพัก เตียงกว้างใหญ่นุ่มสบาย ห้องแคบไปนิดไม่เป็นไร ตามราคา แอร์ ไม่เย็นเลย (หรือว่าอากาศข้างนอกร้อนไปหรือเปล่า) ทีวี ดูได้ไม่กี่ช่อง ที่สำคัญ ทีวีภาพลายมาก ไม่ชัด ไม่เป็นไร เราไม่ดู หลอดไฟเพดานในห้อง โดยรวม เปิดออกใช้งานได้แค่ 30% หลอดไฟส่วนใหญ่เสียไปมาก เปิดไม่ติด ขนาดหลอดโคมไฟบนหัวเตียงก่อไม่ออก มาถึงพื้นห้อง พนักงานคงเช็ดทำความสะอาดแบบลวกๆ มันจะเป็นคราบน้ำยาเหนียวๆ เวลามาเจอเท้าเราเปียกน้ำ (คิดตามนะครับ) ห้องน้ำ ห้องน้ำนี้ไม่ให้ผ่าน แคป กระจกไปอยู่ตรงหน้าชักโครก แล้วจะยืนส่งกระจกไงหว่า น้ำแรงดีอยู่ แต่ ผนังห้องน้ำ เหมือนยังเก็บงานไม่เรียบร้อย สรุปในห้อง 5 ดาว ให้ 1.5 ดาวพอละ รู้สึกแบบ หลับๆไป รีบเช้าๆจะได้รีบตื่นออกไป

มาถึงไฮไลต์ อาหารเช้า ไลน์อาหารไม่ได้มีเยอะ แต่มาเติมตลอด รสชาดอร่อยใช้ได้เลย โดยเฉพาะข้าวต้มปลา ผมขอแนะนำน้ำซุปที่จัดว่าเด็ด อย่างอื่นก็โอเครเลยละครับไม่มีผิดหวัง

พอมาเจออาหารเช้าและห้องรับประทานอาหารเช้า ผมถือว่าโอเคขึ้นมาเลย โดยรวม เต็ม 5 ดาว ผมให้ 3 ดาวเลย

ก็เหมาะสมกับราคาที่ผมจองกับ expedia ราคา 1 ใบเทา มีทอน ถ้ามาพักเพื่อเป็นทางผ่านหรือราคาประหยัดผมว่าที่นี่โอเคแล้วละครับ
