Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. I was the victim of a fraud due to a data breach, which the hotel itself acknowledged. However, they refused to take responsibility for my financial loss or reimburse me. They have also ignored my messages for over a month. I suffered a loss of approximately R$5,000.

The hotel itself is excellent, but the way they handled this situation and their customer service afterward were extremely disappointing.

Fantastic stay, would recommend!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Monte Pana. Our room was spacious and clean, the spa facilities were great and the breakfast selection was excellent! All the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, a special shout out to Florian who was so friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us at home. Thank you Florian!
