Solicitei uma faca emprestada para cortar o bolo do meu aniversário e queriam me cobrar 16,00
Não me colocaram no quarto que eu reservei e alegaram ocupação total (reserva feita com quase 2 meses de antecedência)

Pros:

Tout ce que l'hôtel Praiano propose est de bonne qualité, ils assurent leurs propositions. Le personnel est top, ils sont au petit soin. J'adore leur hammam.
Le linge de lit et leurs serviettes sont très propres.
Petit déjeuner excellent avec énormément de choix.

Cons:

Actuellement le seul bémol c'était la restauration qui a baissé un peu la qualité. Je suis folle de leur sandwich club et la tarte boca negra, mais les frites trop cuites. J'ai déjà goûté toutes les plats proposés au menu. Parfois les plats sont froids. Un peu trop salé à mon goût. J'ai déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, c'est mon préféré à Fortaleza (après de nombreuses recherches) et je pense franchement que c'est juste une période car c'est la première fois que je suis un peu déçu du restaurant.

Maravilhoso
Pros:

Da localização, da vista da piscina, do serviço de toalhas, do quarto com muitos espelhos, da ventilação, praticamente gostamos de tudo. Muitos pinduradores de roupas no quarto e no banheiro.

Cons:

Acho que deveria ter uma lâmpada mais forte no quarto e também no banheiro.

Vriendelijk, professioneel en comfortabel
Pros:

De locatie en het vriendelijke personeel. Alle medewerkers zijn professioneel en attent. Ruime kamers goede douche en uitgebreid ontbijt. Het restaurant heeft uitstekende gerechten en ook vriendelijk personeel. We hebben er met veel plezier verbleven
