Pros:

Da localização, das instalações do hotel. Os funcionários da recepção era educados e solicitos

Cons:

Pedi um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Uma cama era king e a outra cama era de armar, muito ruim ,nem sendo usada pois fazia barulho de metal se deitasse nela.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, bem em frente a feirinha e a um espigão,o café é delicioso e variado, bem espaçoso e limpo.

Cons:

O check in que inicia às 15h atrasou em quase uma hora, o que por si só já gera grande insatisfação, com a desculpa de que a governança ainda estava arrumando o quarto. Ao chegar no quarto, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, estava bem quente, o entanto o problema foi resolvido pela equipe de manutenção e quando retornamos ao quarto a noite, ja estava ok.

Não gostei do chuveiro 1 pingo de água horrível. Chuveiro elétrico caseiro.
Café da manhã fraquinho, nada de variedades sempre as mesmas coisas.

Sehr gutes Hotel direkt am Strand mit ausgezeichnetem Restaurant
Pros:

Die Lage des Praiano Hotels ist sehr gut und zentral. Viele gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe - das Hotel selbst hat ein eigenes Restaurant im 12 Stock mit ausgezeichneten Speisen und guter Service - empfehlenswert!
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich und gut.

Cons:

Wir haben über 30 Werbemails oder Mails mit der Aufforderung für ein frühzeitiges Check In bekommen - viel zu viel und sehr mühsam.
