Personale veramente cordiale, struttura bella e centrale.
Not allowed to check in 30 minutes before 3pm despite the fact we were both tired and the apartment then proved to have been empty for days. I thought we would be in the hotel, but at reception was shoved out to an apartment half a kilometer away and we needed to drag our bags back to the car, drive around and then drag them up two flights of stairs in the heat despite us being in our late seventies. Maybe they thought as we were old people and foreigners we did not matter as we would not be likely to complain. It was far more expensive than our other hotel in Foligno. The apartment did not even have a kettle to boil water. The cutlery was dirty and I had to wash it before I dared to use it. The door to the bedroom had to be left open because of the heat, and it then blocked access to the bathroom. The Wifi Signal strength was so poor we could not get anything to download. I had to walk all the way back to reception later to get our passports back as we were leaving early the next day for a flight, and of course there was no one in reception which was pretty terrifying when you have an early flight the next day. The only way I could get our passports back was to ring into their external phone line that I found the number for in one of their leaflets, get someone to answer and come to the desk. The breakfast was appallingly limited, the only thing I could eat were the boiled eggs. All the staff were really friendly, but clearly the hotel needs a new manager.

Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Umbria. Lots of tranquil walking trails and private places nearby to relax in. Very close to Rasiglia.

We were looking for a place to stay for two night that was well- placed in relation to our different plans in Umbria. We absolutely found what we were looking for! In Foligno we chose Guesia Village Hotel and Spa.
The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The room was of a good size and very clean. They had afternoon drinks from 6-8 pm in the lovely garden and the restaurant “Da Angelo” is good. The breakfast was very nice and all the staff sweet and helpful.
We hiked in Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini, visited Assisi and Perugia. We can definitely recommend staying here.

Struttura immersa nel verde, in zona tranquilla, molto bello il giardino e il ristorante. Suite Luxury fantastica, unica pecca la mancanza di tende oscuranti su tutte le finestre. Personale gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Albergo diffuso (gli appartamenti sono a duecentro metri dal corpo centrale) carino anche fuori stagione, con una ricca colazione e un ottimo ristorante.
Unica pecca, anche se indipendente dalla struttura, la connettività: se a quella dati si può sopperire con il wifi, in appartamento non c’è alcuna possibilità di fare o ricevere telefonate, a meno che il vostro gestore non sia TIM (noi avevamo Wind3, Iliad e Fastweb).

Hotel in posizione suggestiva, le camere moderne, pulite e funzionali, il personale veramente squisito. Torneremo ma d'estate per goderci anche le piscine!
Niente di eccezionale. Sufficiente nel complesso. Con più cura nei dettagli potrebbe offrire un esperienza migliore.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen kurzen stop over auf dem Weg nach Süditalien. Ruhige Umgebung, sehr gutes Frühstück und leckere Pizza am Abend. Pool ist ausreichend groß und schön angelegt.
Veramente bello il personale di una cortesia e gentilezza si sta benissimo se proprio devo trovare un difetto ecco le federe dei cuscini sono un po troppo ruvide .ma cerchiamo il pelo nell uovo.
Soggiorno Top. Servizi di qualità, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, struttura in buone condizioni anche se esterno richiama anni '80. Camera perfetta e pulita, servizio relax ottimo e soprattutto ristorazione veramente top. Sia colazione che ristorante annesso! Stra consigliato
