Friendly staff. Great location

Cons:

Pillows had a bad smell. Tiny room for 3 people, no blankets, one bed was a cart. No TV! No transfers to and from ferry. Breakfast closed too early. They had a private beach for hotel guests but had to pay 5 Euro for a chair each day. Very expensive for what you get!

It Was Okay but......
Pros:

The location was good. Near to town and beach. Cleaning ladies were lovely, hotel was very clean. Breakfastcwas good, lots of cakes!!

Cons:

Hotel is very tired. Spa needs an upgrade. Staff were okay. Repetitive one verse music of "it's a wonderful world" in the lift 😆 bed was rock hard

Bon séjour de trois jours
Pros:

L’emplacement au bord de mer, la proximité immédiate du centre-ville, le SPA intérieur très beau, le parking privé et le petit-déjeuner.

L’absence de gel douche dans la douche surprenant pour un 4 étoiles et l’aspect un peu vieillissant de l’établissement

Perfekter Urlaub in einem sehr schönem Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, sowohl direkt am Strand, als auch in unmittelbarer Nähe der abendlichen Bummelstraße. Trotzdem aber sehr ruhig.
Frühstück war in Ordnung. Man konnte es auch draußen einnehmen, was sehr angenehm war.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Filipo, hat uns wirklich sehr gute Tips rund um die Insel gegeben, unkompliziert beim Mieten eines Rollers geholfen und genau wie der nette Night Auditor, perfekt deutsch gesprochen.
Sollten wir nochmals nach Ischia reisen, würden wir wieder das Ambaseiatori buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
