Custo elevado pelo que oferece!
Pros:

Apesar da equipe ser excelente, educada e muito prestativa, o hotel tem um custo muitíssimo elevado pelo que oferece em termos de serviços. Não vale a pena... infelizmente pois a praia é incrível.
WIFI que não funciona em alguns locais, academia sucateada e sem AC, sauna desativada, banheiras inoperantes, poucos funcionários, cozinha encerra super cedo e não há opção de alimentação no hotel.
Nas proximidades, certamente existem opções de acomodação com custo benefício melhor. Não ficaria neste hotel novamente.

Estivemos no hotel em 2025 e agora em 2026, e observamos que algumas coisas pioraram, tanto em relação ao atendimento, quando deterioração da área de lazer (piscinas). Quando chegamos, estávamos com muitas malas e nenhum funcionário auxiliou a colocá-las no carrinho ou levar ao quarto (meu esposo é idoso e estávamos com nossa filha de 2 anos). Tivemos que levar tudo sozinhos e subir escada sem auxílio, até mesmo para encontrar nosso quarto. O bar da piscina e da praia estão sempre fechados ou sem funcionários. Para conseguir comprar uma água de coco tive que andar o hotel todo.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa

Gostei do flat, das piscinas, da localização, do ambiente ter muita natureza, ser familiar, ser tranquilo, etc.
