Localização, café da manhã, conforto do quarto e atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

Por duas noites o aquecedor do quarto não funcionou, mas nada que atrapalhasse muito. As faxineiras chegavam bem cedo para limpeza do quarto, mesmo quando a gente não queria.
