Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです!お風呂もサウナがあって、ゆっくり出来ました。

Cons:

ホテルの駐車場より、近隣の駐車場のほうが安いですとフロントの方が教えてくれました。車で行く方は注意です！

ロビーにおかれたコーヒーが、コクかありとても美味しかった。スタッフの表情が良く。エレベーターの混み具合も問題なし。大浴場の髭剃り置き場位置が便利。シャワーヘッドの使い心地がいい。湯船二つの温度配分がちょうどいい。サウナと水風呂の連携もちょうどいい。部屋から夕焼けに染まる和歌山城が見えて、家族全員の気分が上がる。

Cons:

禁煙室だが、どこからか煙臭い臭いが入り口付近に入ってきていた。部屋の中に入ると臭いはしなかったので、空気の流れで入ってきたのかも知れない。

Overall a comfortable stay, loved the Onsen and ramen.
Pros:

Onsen was good. Ramen supper was very good. Washing machine was nice to be free but seems lacking in detergent and thus cleaning. Dryer (coin) was ok. Car parking was fine. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

No make up room even though we stayed 4 nights. Expect to make up room once every other day. Saw people left their trash outside door and did same. staff clear the trash but did not put a new plastic in the bin.
