Pros:

Only 6 min walk from Wakayama Station, very easy to find. Excellent Onsen and sauna. The massage chairs and ice scream are a plus. The front desk staff are kind enough to help us make reservations at restaurants that can only be booked via phone calls.

Cons:

The interior is a bit old. The pillows could be thicker/taller.

Pros:

The bedroom was nice and clean, there is an onsen with cold plunge and sauna on the second floor.
Close to the train station and a Lawson convenience store nearby.
About 45mn walk from the castle.

I Would Stay Here Again
Pros:

Nice onsen, very clean. My room was a good size and efficient. I was glad the window opened. The location is excellent—close to the train station and walking distance to the castle, restaurants, and shopping. Nice touches like complementary probiotic drinks in the morning, ice cream in the evenings, and soba at night.

Cons:

I had trouble regulating my room's temperature—so I opened the window.

従業員さんが親切でよかった。

Cons:

マッサージ機が2台ありましたが左側を使用しましたが、無重力モードで首のマッサージの時に機械内部で「ボキッ」と音がなり怖かった。その後リラックスモードではなりませんでした。
少し気になったので知らせておきます。

朝食が素晴らしい！地元のめはり飯、美味しい？朝食会場で働く皆さん、親切。フロントの対応も丁寧
お風呂も、くつろげる。コインランドリーは乾燥機200円で使え、しんさくマンガを読みながら待てる。
割引の店薦められて、馬刺しの店のほうに行って、刺身が新鮮で歯応えがあったほか、鳥雑炊、ほうぼうの唐揚げなど、どれも美味しくて大満足！
夜鳴きラーメン、自分達は食べなかったが、いいサービスだと思う。

Great little hotel in convenient location. Room was typical size, clean and comfortable. Has many good amenities and bonus free night ramen.

Cons:

Just for awareness, no entry to onsen with tattoos unlike other places we stayed where they are more relaxed about westerners.

Pros:

Fantastici onsen e sauna con ghiaccioli, gelati di giorno e yakult la mattina, poltrona massaggiante super e manga per tutti i gusti da leggere. Se volete perfino un ramen vegetale servito la sera dopo le 21:30. Per giunta a due passi dalla stazione. Occorre aggiungere altro? La camera è piccina ma è compensata da tutto il resto e dalla gentilezza dello staff.
