Pros:

Amazing location, friendly staff and nice rooms.

Cons:

Pillows were a little hard but all I had to do was ask for a softer one, the staff were very helpful!

Superb budget hotel excellent location
Pros:

Great facilities nicely presented for a budget hotel with a wonderful Onzen on the second floor and very nice breakfast area. The Harajuku location close to Shibuya can’t be beaten.

Reasonable price for a good stay
Pros:

Having loved the Dormy Inn in Osaka, we found this location to be a bit sub-par. The breakfast was very basic and there was not the beloved happy hours included offering. The rooms were very small. The Onsen was large with an abundance of pools to enjoy and a very hot sauna. The staff was helpful. The nightly ramen delicious. The location was good.

Cons:

Felt it was a bit harder used than other locations. The pay-to-use bar felt secluded and odd.

予約名をハンドル名にしてしまっており、外国人旅行客で混雑する中、変更手続きの連絡先を教えてくれたり嫌な顔せずに待っていてくれて大変助かりました。

Good hotel in a very central location.
Pros:

Considering its central location the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Onsen good. Helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Hard to find initially as has small entrance and foyer, and is tucked away behind the main street.

Pros:

Good location and good value for money.

Cons:

It was tucked away and you had to walk through a dark roadway with a small park bordering it to get there. I never felt unsafe, but you need to be aware of it.
