Habitacion demasiado pequeña, ruido de tren
子連れ宿泊だったのでチェックイン前の荷物のお預かり等お願いすることが出来ました。立地もよく行動しやすかったてます。スタッフのかたはとても親切に対応いただきました。
髪の毛が落ちていたり、絨毯が濡れている箇所があった。
The location was good near to shibuya station but not right next to it. About a 10 to 15 min walk. In a quiter section. The hotel is situated near the train line. When you're having breakfast you can see the trains going by. The room windows keep the noise down. The breakfast buffet was nice. The staff were all very polite and efficient.
It felt like an older hotel and the room was very small. (As expected).

To have the thermal baths inside Shibuya area was fantastic. Also lots of cool stuff like comic collection, free ice creams after the bath or Ramen.
The room was really basic and tiny
The onsen was terrific and we appreciated the ice creams. Breakfast had lots of choices.
Need more pillows
I liked the space in the room. I liked how it was equal walking distance to shibuya or to harajuku.
Bit far from a station - so wouldnt recommend walking with suitcase. The room was not clean. There was dust everywhere, the shower/bath wasn’t clean and there were nuts under the bed which could have been hazardous to someone with an allergy.
