It is a perfect location in Makati, it is quite a short ride from the airport. The rooms are large, breakfast is delivered to your room.
he hotel as a whole needs some refurbishment, the facilities are quite old and worn, there is some smell in the hallways. The reception area is at the second floor and every time you need to go there and leave/pick up your key, in addition the reception area is at the parking place.
My stay went well. Totally loved this hotel and will keep coming back 😀
Basic room accommodation. 2 lifts/elevators in the building and only 1 working after 10pm. Aircon not strong enough to cool the whole room after a couple of hours. They charge one hundred pesos if you leave a single luggage per day even if youre coming back in a couple of days to check in.
Overall a good value for money hotel in a good business location
They were not considerate if ever you lost their receipts as proof of payments
Its definitely somewhere you could crash for just a night after malling at GB. Sheets were quite overused, you could tell with the fabric discoloration, white with patches of faint brown spot stains. Also, you'd have a hard time with the bright led light/pilot light from the AC thats so high you couldnt even cover it with anything so you're room could be pitch dark for deep sleep. Towels were also with a funky smell. You could tell from the start with the elevator taking you to the frontdesk on a different floor is quite ominous. Staff is friendly, so its a 3 atleast for me.
Didn’t get what we reserved for! I’ll not recommend this place.
Location is very convenient for me.Greenbelt area is just walking distance. Good restaurants are just are just around the area.My business transactions are all accessible. Easy to get a Grab ride. Breakfast served were good and was served on time.
The property needs to be updated.Condotel rooms are outdated and needs to be fix. The noise from the neighboring building were annoying specially when they start their karaoke sessions! There is a kitchenette but no kitchen utensils to use.
The staff were all friendly and attentive to our request.
One incident that really irked me was when I checked in Dec. 12, 2018 @ 12 Noon I was told that they have no room for me and I needed to be moved to BSA Mansion Condotel which is located far from Greenbelt area. Being tired and sleepy after a 2 days travel from Washington DC I was mad and very disappointed of the incident. I insisted to have a room at Asian Mansion Condotel since Expedia charged me the whole amount of my 10 days stay when I made my reservation a month ago. After a
a period of my demand to the receptionist she told me that they have a room for me after some hour of her talking over the phone to somebody. I was really irked and disappointed of how they handled my Expedia reservation.I’ve been a regular customer of this place and this was the first time that this disappointed experience happened to me.
Good location in Makati close to retail, food etc. Was very disappointed to not have an extra bed despite having booked one - also a booking for 3 people warrants linen and towels for 3 people. Our room needed revamping - but on the upside the rooftop pool was great and staff were mostly happy to assist.
Our room was apparently upgraded due to availability. All okay except for inefficient service which includes the elevator. Very slow elevator that will take you more than 30 minutes wait during busy hours.
Staff not friendly, not willing to help the guess.
Good shower. Very hard bed, I failed to sleep properly.
it has the location advantage. it is an old condominium and may need some refurbishing here and there. nonetheless, it is still able to maintain its cleanliness. The staff members are very helpful, polite and accommodating. They respond to your requests quite quickly as well.
The good thing is the location. Close to everything. There’s a convenience store down the building. A 2-minute walk to Greenbelt. There’s a fridge, microwave and stove. Wifi was good and the room is big enough. But the unit itself is old, needs a lot of upgrading. Bedsheets, linen and towels need to be changed. They are so old, stained and looked like were never replaced since they started renting out the room. Worst part was the bedbugs, we got bites all over! Furnitures are outdated. We requested an iron and there was a charge. The reception was on the 2nd floor and had to walk through a parking area to reach them. Their greeting was a 2,000 pesos security deposit and won’t check us in without paying. We were tired from our flight and had no more cash in our hands, we asked if we can get our luggages up to the room first, refresh a bit then we can go out to draw money from the atm for the deposit, but was denied of this simple request. Very bad stay. Securing a 2,000 pesos deposit as if they have the grandest furnitures and equipments in the room. Maybe everything in the room won’t even reach 2,000 pesos worth. We should charge them for all the bedbug bites we got
The only positive thing about this place is its location. The rest of it is all negative points.
Cheap management:
I understand some properties need safety deposit, that is a common practice in some places of the world. But denying the guest; who jst arrived from a long flight; from reaching to the room to get a breath, is considered cheap and out of the hospitality rules...
I needed an iron; the room doesnt have one. After enquiry: i have to rent it!! Php 250/- (another cheap practice)
The room doesnt have tissue papers...
Old bed. Noisy bed. When u move your partner wakes up.
Bed bugs bite you hard... itchy spots everywhere in your body!
If you are still going to book there, GOODLUCK!!
The room is spacious enough for one person (I'm on business trip). It has a 2-seater dining table, cooking area with hood, and nice shower. The room also has a safe to keep your valuables, cabinet to store your luggage and free soap/shampoo as well.
Breakfast no other options for vegetarian or Muslim who doesn't eat halal meat. They could have send their guests to Prince Mansion for breakfast for other option instead. They charge extra payment for towel and pillows which for me is unnecessary.
Location and big room is great. Wifi is poor!
Very good location , close to the Ayala Museum and all the malls, specially Greenbelt Mall.
Also many restaurants around and the MRT station.
The reception is on the 2nd floor and they have diferent apartments. They charge a deposit but can be dollars or euros insted of pesos.
Bad point: NO Wifi.
Pros - Good location, friendly staff, not to expensive, clean units, good aircon.
Cons - Didn't really find any, I had a great stay there at not to expensive a price... Ok maybe lift was a little slow...
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - HOTEL STAFF BREAK INTO YOUR LOCKED PERSONAL ITEMS & STEAL MONEY
Hotel Staff broke into my PADLOCKED backpack, and stole cash from my bag while we were out.
Hotel Staff are conniving, and try to make it hard to get the Police involved. As we cut short our stay as we did not feel safe, Hotel Staff tried all sort of 'Tricks' to not refund remaining money - I.E. "cheque refunds take 1-2 weeks", "we do not have that amount of cash on hand", "it may take a long time to reimburse the monies" etc. I stood my ground, and demanded St Francis Management refund our money for the cancelled nights. In which they did.
We filed a Police Report with Makati Metropolitan Police, and they are investigating our case.
The room is spacious and clean, sans the dusty floor below the bed. The kitchenette and other amenities are well-maintained. Accessible to Ayala Triangle, Greenbelt and other major business establishments in Makati.
No parking space. No internet. Can hear the noise in the other rooms and the corridor. Needs security improvement. The elevators need refurbishment. The view is blocked by adjacent buildings.
Strategically located near Makati Malls and at the center of the business district.
Was able to reserve a unit with two rooms for four persons but beds only for three: did not bother to request additional bed. Asked the reception for the pocket wifi multiple times but did not deliver due to technical/loading issues. Elevator very slow.
Do not expect for a spectacular view: just buildings and rooftops. Walking distance from Ayala triangle and a convenience store is just beside the entrance.
Housekeeping staff helpful and courteous. Pleased with kitchen amenities which function properly. Room bigger than their Pasig City counterpart.
