Clean & good location
Breakfast lacked adequate gluten free options
The room was very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were great. The bathroom was clean and roomy (for a hotel bathroom). Breakfast was good (coffee was great) with a variety of options, and the staff was very friendly.
The outside of the building needs attention. It was overgrown with weeds, which gives the impression that the building is not being maintained. The hotel is a non-smoking environment, which is important to us, but as a result, many people smoke outside the lobby door leaving a mess of cigarette butts everywhere. Some provision needs to be made for your customers that smoke. Finally, the paver stones at the entrance, while attractive, are difficult to move your luggage over. Finally, the toilets need to be taller. They are difficult for older people and when a man has to sit, parts of him are in the water-ENOUGH SAID.
The Breakfast
The bathroom I couldn't take a shower it was clogged didn't know this when I got there due to coming in so late I went to bed. When I got u the next day to take a shower it was not working.
The rooms are great and amenities are outstanding
When we arrived, the power was out due to a storm.. Michael ,the desk clerk welcomed us graciously, explained the situation, helped us to our room. Fortunately, the power was restored quickly. He was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Thank you again, Michael
