COCKCROACH INVASION
Pros:

Proximity to SM MEGAMALL

Cons:

There were a lot of COCKCROACH roaming around my room during the night. I have videos of these pest roaming beside my bed. Yuks!

Pros:

The service from the lobby to the porter to housekeeping was great. In fact, I would like to point out one person, Ms. Joy is all I know her as by name. She was my primary housekeeper and I saw her most days during my stay from 2-12 June (although I did not check in until early am 3 June). She greeted me with a smile and kindness every time I saw her and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything in the room. supplies and cleanliness. I had a rough time with my in-laws in another room at one point, but her smile and approach to her job somehow made a difference in me and helped me through my personal issues. She's Awesome!!!

Cons:

The lighting, specifically in the bathroom. The lighting over the sink was just miserable. Recessed lighting does not support enough lighting to see how well I'm shaving. I had to use the light from my phone to see because it was just too dark to see anything more. I can't imagine a female putting on make-up with one hand while holding the light in another hand...that's just bad design layout. If you don't believe me, go to Tower A, room 4607 and see how well you shave/put your make-up on first thing in the morning.

Also, the AIRCON was not up to par. I pressed buttons to boost it to max, there was no change from anything. When condensation started putting puddles of water on the floor and the maintenance crew opened it up in front of me, it was clear that routine maintenance had not been done on these window units. Being 46 floors in the air, I can't imagine if something bad happened and it had a total failure and started dropping parts off of the unit that high.

I truly expected more from such a prominent facility in the Manila spectrum of titan buildings.

Not commendable in terms of service
Pros:

Near malls and the Edsa Shang

Cons:

They don’t have basic needs like iron board. I had to do the ironing in the chair. The staffs are not helpful for queries on “where-to’s”, as if they don’t know anything about their surroundings. They must have at least one suggestion, and not “wala po kami alam”. That’s pathetic for a kiosk called “information”, where all they know is check-in and check-out🙄
