I really liked the location. There were 2 things that I would give a low rating. First, I booked a room with 2 beds, but when I checked in, they ran out and gave me a room with 1 queen bed, which I had to share with my colleague. This was not acceptable, but I had no choice :( The other thing, there were a few cockroaches that we saw!

Just few steps accross Megamall that provides endless dining and shopping options. Didn't like dark hallways leading to my room. Poor lighting inside. Bathroom sink plugged up. Entire room looked worn out and dated. No face towels and hand towels. Extra charges for extra towels, so I didn't get any extra towels. Baked goods at buffet breakfast were dry and tasted like they were bought from cheap bakeries. Went to top floor lobby overlooking the pool. Pool surroundings were dirty. I canceled my second booking for all these reasons.

Pros:

Their policy should be updated. It says voucher is needed and yet there's no instruction where to get it. Voucher was not needed afterall when i checked in.

There was a leakage from the ceiling on a stormy night.

The room was clean but the little roaches made it in on our last day.

Across the street from Mega Mall so good location. Nice large room. English channel tv.

The bad, some roaches, hot water runs out, soft lumpy mattress.

Would stay again for location and good price.

Staffs are very accommodating and there are a number of establishments like laundry, hair and nail salon, spa, coffee shop within the building which is very convenient and not to mention its just across a mall. Just needs updating in the room.

Everything are awesome . I think just the heater is not that hot for a long enough. It's like 2 mins hot then become cold.
The lift some certain hours it's crowded but all in all it was fantastic
