We loved this hotel. Its location is stunning right beside the harbour. We got an amazing deal and have never stayed anywhere so fancy for such a good price. The rooms are spacious and clean and the huge bathrooms and balconies were a luxury. The local cats are adorable and made our stay, I miss the little ginger with one eye so much, the loveliest cat I've ever met 🥹. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always smile or ask if you need help. The breakfast each morning was incredible, with such a huge selection of dishes and delicious - setting us up until late in the afternoon.
It's a bit odd as barely anyone else was staying there, so there aren't a lot of places to eat nearby. You need a car which was fine for us. Definitely better if you prefer peace and quiet and don't expect loud music or crowds of people to bring the atmosphere. The breakfast portions are also amazing but I can't help but feel a little wasteful as we could never eat it all!!

В SPA работают индонезийки, на ресепшене SPA работает руссоковорящая девушка. После недели в море отмыли и отмяли по высшему разряду!
Отдельное спасибо Джансу (Cansu) на ресепшн отеля. Очень отзывчивая девушка, всегда готова помочь с любым вопросом. Именно такие люди делают отдых комфортным и незабываемым!

Sehr schön gelegene Anlage am Yachthafen, sehr luxuriös und sauber. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und liebevoll hergerichtet. Ein großer Balkon mit Handtuchhalter und Sesseln zeigte einen wundervollen Blick auf das Wasser. Der Strand ist klein aber man kann auch vom Steg aus ins Wasser. Tolle poolanlage

L’emplacement, la vue exceptionnelle, la zone de baignade éclairée la nuit dans l’eau, la terrasse du restaurant, le petit déjeuner.
La musique un peu forte du club de l’hôtel qui s’entend des chambres et de toute la Marina jusque très tard dans la soirée (mais nous étions là un samedi soir). Les prix excessif du restaurant, notamment comparé à un restaurant gastronomique la veille à Cirali (+50%).

We kregen een kamer totaal anders dan op de fotos hebben we wat van gezegd maar ze konden helaas ons niet helpen en te we verbleven 4 nachten de toilet spoelde niet door hebben we doorgegeven maar tot de laatste dag niet gerapareerd en de wifi werkte niet bij ons op de kamer en slecht bereik waren ze ook zogenaamd mee bezig helaas ook niets aan gedaan wel jammer het lijkt lux maar het is helaas slecht geregeld

My miu miu expensive sunglasses got stolen from the room. And we told the hotel everyone ignored.
Moroccan bath was done without a steamed room it needed to be fixed and without telling clients they made us freeze inside.
Instagram has outdoor pics of massage treatments and those in reality dont exist.
We booked at the reception hamam and massage and once we arrived there was no booking!
The room wasn't cleaned for 2 days, u end up telling them and the reception 3 times they ignore and wen we arrived at 11pm and insisted they should clean and get towels they said its late.
We were given a wrong key room and entered a room where a guy was asleep on the bed !!!
And when we wanted to leave they said we have outstanding bill, the spa that we already paid for wasnt removed from the accounts.
I came across this place by mistake, but I was greeted very badly by Ms. Melis at the front desk. She literally shouted at me and was very rude.
