Very slow service. Very noise lobby. Parking service is dreadful.

Very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Comfortable beds, spacious and tastefully decorated room, nice street view, great breakfast. Staff was courteous and responsive. Would return!

En suma habitación muy buena y el hotel cerca a lugares turísticos.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bueno, y el lugar está cerca caminando al puente de Brooklyn, WTC o zona cero, al sector financiero y por último, relativamente cerca y a pie al embarcadero de los Frrry para ir a visitar la Estatua de la Libertad.

Cons:

Alquile una habitación con balcón para poder apreciar de noche la ciudad de NY, pero nunca pude abrir la puerta porque estaba malogrado, reporté esta situación y no lograron repararlo, pese a ese igual me cobraron como si hubiera usado el balcón del 707.

CLEANING EMPLOYEES TOO LOUD
Pros:

1) En el "front desk" la atención es bastante buena, interactuamos con unos 6 diferentes colaboradores y solo 1 tenía una actitud regular.
2) Los metros están bastante cercas (Canal St. / Grand St.) y mucha comida asiática.
3) Ofrecen cunas "crib" a los bebes.
4) Piso 9 tienen maquina de hielo.

En general esta bastante bien, mas no parece un hotel de "4 estrellas" le daría 4/5 de rating pero fue muy molesto el tema de la limpieza y ruido de los colabores de esa área.

Cons:

Puntos negativos:
1. El equipo de limpieza es bastante malo, todas las mañanas limpian los cuartos y lanzan las puertas (no tienen cuidado) haciendo mucho ruido sin respetar que hay otros huéspedes.
2. Pagamos 3000$ por 7 noches y solo arreglan la cama mas no lo cambian (adjunto foto de lo sucio).
3. Las primeras 2 noches, el shampoo era una mezcla de agua + shampoo (muy líquido) a la tercera noche si nos pusieron shampoo (era espeso).
4. El restaurante no pertenece al hotel, se llama "Wu's restaurant" y para ser un hotel "4 estrellas" deberían de tener su propio restaurante para garantizar un mejor desayuno "incluido". (solo bajamos 1/7 días, regresamos todas las tarjetas de desayunar).
5. En fotos el hotel se ve bastante nuevo, pero por dentro necesita mantenimiento / limpieza.
6. El acceso con tarjetas a los cuartos ya están antiguos, la insertas varias veces y sale "rojo" y en un momento si te deja entrar.
7. En el check in me querían cobrar otra vez 26$ por noche de "facilities fees" que ya estaba incluido por booking (por suerte yo había preguntado por mensajes en la aplicación previo a llegar).
