A Pleasant Staycation

Room was spacious and clean... Balcony Access with view of Empire State Bldg. and the
Bustling Streets of Chinatown! Continental Breakfast offered a variety of delicious and well prepared cuisine! Bed was comfortable
Staff were exceptional and pleasant.

Maybe not the best neighbourhood, but good location.
Pros:

The view outside view outside window was great!
The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Cons:

The breakfasts room was interesting 😅 but the breakfast itself was good. Small choice but good enough.

Pros:

La habitación resultó normal y cómoda. La presion del agua en la ducha fue muy buena. La ubicacion cercana a muchos puntos de interes y estaciones de metro.

Cons:

Si bien el desayuno es bueno, el lugar donde lo sirven no me parecio apropiado. Parece ser una especie de bar nocturno en un subsuelo con mala iluminacion. No resulto ser un lugar acorde al resto del hotel que por lo demas todo era muy normal, ademas el edificio cuenta con otros espacios mas adecuados donde podrian servir el desayuno en planta baja o rooftop. Por otro lado, el hotel esta bien pero deberia ser mas economico conforme a su categoria, entiendo que es un problema general de Nueva York que los precios estan extremadamente caros.

Great location for where i needed to go for my meetings ...Plenty of places to eat around.

Cons:

The room was not very well-lit ..pls design for better lighting .light beside the bed was like a night lamp which made it even more darker.

Good and Decent
Pros:

Spacious room, Good Value, Room could be cleaner. Good breakfast. Decent Location for where we were going. Close to some train stations. Have good high rated food spots near by. Service okay. Kept helping us with our key card but had to ask a couple of times for some more sheets one night. Noise not too bad for NYC. Overall atmosphere good. Was my second stay here

Great location for site seeing FiDi and Chinatown with a great view from our room at a reasonable price.
Pros:

The view from our corner room was wonderful, the staff were friendly, breakfast adequate except if vegan and several drink spots on site.
