Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Service
Pros:

Our recent stay at Wyndham Garden Chinatown was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, especially considering the size of our group. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of, and that level of hospitality truly stood out.
What impressed us most was how the team handled unexpected challenges. When our flight was canceled, the staff stepped up immediately and assisted with last-minute accommodations seamlessly and with a positive attitude. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled with care, flexibility, and genuine concern for our group.
This hotel truly understands customer service. A big thank-you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Wyndham Garden Chinatown to anyone traveling to New York City—especially groups.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, was ich aufgrund einiger Bewertungen gar nicht erwartet hatte. Es gab immer frisches Obst und wenn was leer war, wurde es rasch aufgefüllt. Klar, über Einweggeschirr lässt sich streiten. Das ist aber kein Problem des Hotels, das ist in den USA einfach so. Also, wir haben uns in der kompletten Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Die Lage war auch super. Schnell war man zum Beispiel in Soho oder an der nächsten U-Bahn-Station. Das Empire State Building kann man vom Hotel aus gut sehen. Einmal sind wir bis dorthin gelaufen und wieder zurück. Viele Schritte, aber absolut machbar.

I will continue to book this hotel when I came back to New York !
Pros:

Overall a great hotel ! Loved the location , staff was extremely friendly and loved that there was a restaurant and rooftop bar within the hotel.

Cons:

Lighting in the room needs to be updated. Not enough light bulbs and it makes the room dark at night .
