Clean, nice staff

Rooms and hotel were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast hours were generous and plenty of choices. Coffee available 24 hours. There is a wonderful coffee machine that offered a variety of choices!! Tim Hortons is also very nearby. I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again!!

This hotel is right before you head into town and sits high up on a hill. 4 stories, so plenty of rooms.
Furniture is older ( 80s style) but clean
Friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast is very well stocked, even the coffee is better than most premium hotel chains.
Issue: whomever installed or designed the new revisions and cable box set up, needs to go back to scrubbing toilets for a living or fired. Dumbest setup I've seen in 30 years of traveling that even if you're technicallysaavy, good luck. . Even the front desk staff admitted they get calls every day regarding their new system.
To Super 8 Managenent, DO BETTER! Get rid of what you Installed and start over.

It was clean. It was quiet.

The room was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was really nice this hote and 24/7 coffee station is a good bonus. Also, I really appreciated the stuff that was super helpful.

Quick visit but felt safe.

We arrived alittle late and thevstaff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable.
We had items in the back of our puck up truck and they were not taken or tampered over night. So the security was good.
Breakfast in AM was more than good.

Was hair left in the bathtub and on the pillows from the previous guest.

unfortunately during a 12 hour scheduled blackout fruit flies got in our room - especially the bathroom. a nuisance and gross

Check in process was quick, staff was helpful, room is nice and clean and all is good!

Location for activities is great

I was extremely disappointed with the service. When I booked the room I asked for a room on the first floor because my husband is handicapped. They told me they would. I called back to get the room one more night and asked if the room was on the first floor and the answer was yes. I also called directly to the hotel and asked again and the answer was yes. So I got three yeses - when we got there I found out our room was 416. I will never stay there again because I was told a lie 3 times - very bad service. Also no one from cleaning even looked in our room - if they had they would have seen we needed towels. Very disappointing.

I all stay a the Super 8 in Red Lake. Best hotel in town.

Considering it is the only hotel in the area, it's a good, clean hotel with great service. Free breakfast was decent, and there's a Tim Horton's next door that is open 24 hours which is convenient. Front desk staff was very helpful in finding me a corkscrew and box that I needed.

The only thing is the construction of the hotel seems to be wood, so sound travels between rooms, like you can even hear the floor squeaking above if someone is walking around in the room above you.

But overall, a pleasant stay when visiting this remote area.

Very welcoming. Arrived late at night and staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and very comfortable. My room had an amazing view of the lake.
