Pros:

I enjoyed having the restaurant there didn't have to look around whangarei for some dinner and breakfast.Food was very good.

Utterly Disappointing 😤

Bed was comfortable. Location nice.

Cons:

Bathroom door was broken; a disabled person would never be able to manage it. The milk in the room was sour and ruined my breakfast, so I had to use the restaurant. The hallway and dining room floor was very dirty, stained carpets. The first plate I picked up was dirty and only realised after eating my breakfast out of the second bowl I picked up was also stained with food. For $216 you would expect that everything would at least be clean and working.

The place needs renovations also customer service needs be presented well enough.

The bed was very comfortable, clean, breakfast wasn't to bad the food was warm and
Tasted good.

Cons:

However the room was very outdated
There was only tv channels available, no sky or any other.
The room was very dark not enough lightning.
The pool is located in a great spot but also outdated.
Upon arrival, customer service was not very pleasant.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The owner was GREAT and helpful.
Room was clean! Exactly what we needed for a family of 4. Lots of amenities. The outside ground also very clean and tidy. Peaceful and quiet.
Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Pros:

The service was great. Thank you Wayne for moving us to a room overlooking the river side. You were very accommodating and friendly so thank you for taking care of us.
The showers had such good water pressure and the bed was comfortable

Pros:

Room was small but clean & tidy. Bed/mattresses comfortable. Customer service was great. Restaurant food was amazing 😃

Cons:

Room had no air-conditioning only a standing fan which didn't make a lot of difference. The bathroom was very small but adequate, not much room to move & no vanity so finding room for toiletries etc was hard.
Although manager was awesome as he was the only one doing all jobs, including wait staff it was a very long drawn out dinner as he was rushed off his feet getting dinners out, fixing drinks, taking dinner orders etc.
