Great and comfy stay
Pros:

Excellent communication with staff. Allowed us to have late checkout, which was a huge plus for me.

Cons:

Would have preferred to have the TV mounted on the wall so I could use the table appropriately. Having the TV on the table felt cumbersome.

For the price of this hotel stay there is nothing we could find fault with. Will certainly stay here again

Excellent place to stay in Whangareip
Pros:

Nice location set in park like grounds and quiet. Welll appointed unit with comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a lovely dinner at the on-site restaurant. Lots of on-site parking.

Cons:

The shower was small and confined, which made washing difficult.

Nice stay, recommend.
Pros:

Location was good, the staff were nice.

Cons:

I think that’s not the problem of hotel but booking.com. I applied for two twin bed rooms on platform. But when we arrived, both rooms were double bed rooms. I asked to change, only changed e one room to twin bed room.
