Nice motel, but access from HWY 97 is awkward.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were firm. Overall a pretty nice room.

Cons:

The access to get into this hotel is awful. If you are coming from the South, there is usually too much traffic to make a left turn into hotel. If you coming from the North, the turn off is very abrupt as you round a blind corner. Otherwise you have to drive a few blocks out of your way to access it from the rear.
The other thing that was irritating is that they prohibit taking food from the breakfast room to your motel room to eat. I like to bring a coffee and a muffin for myself and my wife back to our room to have our breakfast to ourselves. This is the first motel I've ever encountered that has rules about this kind of thing. This is very petty to be concerned that people i.e work crews might take an extra muffin or two.

Probably wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

The front staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was a good size and had all the required amenities.

Cons:

The one thing that was weird was a full-length mirror on the inside back of the bathroom door. No one needs to see themselves going to the bathroom.
There was a good variety of breakfast items, but the 'hot' food was cold and we had to ask for items to be replenished as no one was checking on things.

Decent hotel but needs to be more thoughtful about sleep quality of guests
Pros:

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, friendly staff, quiet

Cons:

There was an outdoor roof light right outside of our bedroom window that made our room very bright all night long, the curtains didn’t block out much of the light. With little kids, this excessive light in our room caused everyone to wake up countless times, which made for a terrible sleep.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

The carpet and chairs in microwave area need to be cleaned or reupholstered but everything else was clean and comfortable. Spacious as well!

Pleasantly Surprised and so happy with our stay
Pros:

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They knew we were travelling with our kids and grandkids and gave us a wonderful adjoining room!
In the morning the breakfast room attendant was so kind and welcoming. The food options offered something for everyone.
The whole place was so nicely decorated and very clean. After other experiences staying in Quesnel this was a welcome improvement. We will definitely stay at the Quesnel Prestige again.

Cons:

Truly there was nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast choices were OK.

Cons:

having the option to use an elevator to access the second floor would have been appreciated. If there was one, we were not informed!
