El hotel tiene una buena ubicacion, estacionamiento de cobro por noche, estaba limpio y tenia lo necesario para un buen descanso.

Cons:

Cuando hicimos la reserva nos equivocamos en el mes de la fecha y solicitamos ayuda para cambiarlo asi fuera pagando un suplemento y se negaron ayudarnos aun cuando vimos que habian habitaciones disponibles y por un valor menor, nos toco hacer mil cosas para hacer el viaje y aprovechar la reserva. Pensamos que son cosas que se pueden gestionar y no perder clientes.

El check out se hacia maximo hasta las 12 y a las 10 y media nos estaba tocando la puerta la chica de la limpieza.

Excelente opción para una estancia corta
Pros:

El hotel es nuevo o fue recientemente renovado y todo luce impecable. Muy moderno y práctico, ya que se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie del centro de Colmar.

Cons:

El baño es bastante pequeño, pero dentro de lo normal en este tipo de hoteles para estancias cortas. Y lo bueno es que todo está en excelente estado.
