Un superbe hôtel, que je recommande
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Nous avons pu nous garer sur le parking de l'hôtel et visiter Colmar à pied. Il nous est mis à disposition une fontaine à eau, des sirops, de quoi nettoyer nos chaussures et des bonbons, ce qui fait plaisir. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien et copieux.

Cons:

Un petit problème avec la machine à café qui ne voulait pas faire de chocolat chaud mais plutôt de l'eau avec du lait, mais le problème a été réglé par la réceptionniste. Nous avons aussi été surpris de voir la réceptionniste se faire rappeler à l'autre au niveau de l'organisation du petit déjeuner devant les clients.

Le petit déjeuné très bon, la chambre agréable.

Cons:

L’établissement propose des pizzas (annoncées surgelées) vraiment pas top mais ça dépanne.
Petit déjeuné excellent mais 2 bémols, mettre plus de vaisselles à disposition (exemple : assiette pour switcher sucré / salé et petites assiettes pour les nombreuses confitures) et le réassort pourrait être plus régulier, certains éléments n’ont pas été remplacés pendant notre petit déjeuné alors qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde et qu’il n’était pas tard.

Great place tos tay, very clean and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The location is close to the city walking, easy to park at the hotel. Very clean room with good quality towels in the bathroom.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choose.

Cons:

The staff not very friendly and struggling to speak in English. Unfortunately not everyone speaks French and I was expecting to be able to interact in English, since it’s international language.
Every time I needed something from reception, there was no one and always had to wait.

Très agréable séjour
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié.
La chambre très calme et relativement spacieuse, bien agencée.
La literie était parfaite.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de tout le personnel que ce soit à l'accueil ou à l'étage.

Cons:

Le manque de porte à la douche car même en faisant attention, nous mettions de l'eau dans la salle de bain. Ce qui rendait le sol très glissant

Sehr zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Urlaub in Colmar.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind klein aber es hat alles, das man braucht. Die Kissen zum Wählen in jedem Zimmer habe ich sehr geschätzt. Das Hotel ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, jedoch problemlos zu fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das kostenlose Billard haben wir auch gerne benutzt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir zwar extra bezahlt, hat sich aber gelohnt, reichhaltig und schön gemacht.
