mooi hotel, personeel mag beter.
Pros:

De kamer was mooi en netjes en schoon. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Hele ruime kamer.

Cons:

We waren er met pasen, er was niets aan gedaan. De electrisiteit viel uit waardoor er in de ochtend geen koffie en licht was in de ontbijtzaal. Op de dag van aankomst t/m de volgende dag 17.30 was er geen warm water.

Het is een mooi authentiek hotel. Prima bedden en een uiterst schone kamer.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was marginaal, zeer weinig keuze. Het is niet dat je denkt: ik ga langdurig ontbijten.

Wij moesten in Mechelen zijn en dan is de locatie van dit hotel prima.

Cons:

Het ontbijt werd niet tijdig bijgevuld wat betekende dat wij dit zelf met eigen middelen hebben aangevuld.

Goed geslapen, maar nooit meer een boeking bij dit hotel.
Pros:

- De kamers en bedden waren goed.
- De locatie ook goed.

Cons:

- De houding van het personeel richting zijn gasten.
Slechte service.

- Het ontbijt was heel erg karig, sommige producten niet vers.

- Bar en restaurant waren dicht, er was geen mogelijkheid om in de avond iets te drinken te kopen voor op de kamer.
