Nice hotel perfectly placed for the sights.
Pros:

Fabulous experience driving through The Alps from Montreux on our Harley Davidson Trike. We’re not Hells Angels or anything just club members of Pensioner Bikies.
Verona is beautiful and the hotel is perfectly placed for the sites. The hotel do parking for you near the bar. The young porter parked out trike and even let him try on my leather gloves and take a picture of Mary without her wig.
In the centre is a beautiful colosseum which they have been building for hundreds of years where they have opera and chilled house music.
Verona is one of the most beautiful places we’ve seen and the hotel was wonderful.

Cons:

Didn’t like leaving and would go again. Restaurants and bars conveniently located.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff ... some updates needed in the bedrooms would be great .
Pros:

Breakfast very good & the restaurant manager could not have been more helpful .

Cons:

Our Shower was not good . It needs repair work & we let the staff know who im sure will get it sorted for the next visitor. We were not keen that our room was a family room in essence with a connecting door to the next room . We could hear the people next doors every sound including their dog ... We are dog lovers so it was ok but being light sleepers not ideal for the price we paid .

L’emplacement centre de la ville historique

Cons:

Très joli et moderne mais pas du tout chaleureux ni accueillant , un bar totalement vide et excentré, aucune possibilité de déjeuner a l’extérieur, et par ailleurs, une nourriture exécrable, du surgelé, mal décongelé et mal présenté : incroyable pour un 5 étoiles

Limited amounts of drinking water provided. No blanket or iron available.

Pros:

The location was great!!! Only that!!! The rest was average!!!!

Cons:

First of all my check in time was not respected!!! Second my room had a door connecting to other room and i could hear everything that happens in the other room!!!

Thank you for a fabulous stay in one of the most charming towns in Italy.
Pros:

This hotel was s a gem! Perfect location and just joy to stay at. Such lovely staff, so warm and helpful!! Would definitely recommend this place and should we return to Verona would stay again and again.

Cons:

Nothing! It is just a sweet and lovely place to stay.
