Amazing service, wonderful historical hotel

The location is magnificent.
The hotel itself is a beautiful historical building. The service is impeccable, staff are friendly and professional. Shout out to Reyal who makes my mornings extra special - he was attentive and helpful!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We only stayed 2 nights at the beginning of June before heading to Lake Garda but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to explore the sights of Verona and a welcoming quiet & relaxing place to return at the end of a exhausting day. All the staff were friendly, helpful, professional & it was obvious that they wanted your stay here to be memorable for all the right reasons. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Good breakfast selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We just returned from a four-day stay at the NH Collection Palazzo Verona, and I highly recommend it. The rooms are comfortable and recently renovated, and the service is top-notch—elegant and friendly. Mr. Reyal’s attentive service during breakfast deserves a special mention. It feels like stepping into a “time machine” when the staff knows their job well and performs it with respect, warmth, and efficiency. My wife and I are very grateful for his kindness; he made us feel much better than we do at home, because at home, we have to squeeze the orange juice ourselves. Thank you, Reyal; you elevate the hotel and show us that the pursuit of excellence includes the small details. I congratulate you and hope to see you again on our next trip to Verona. An underrated NH Gem in Verona

This was one of the best hotel stays we had in Verona, one of the best NH Hotels we’ve stayed hands down. From the location, the atmosphere of the hotel, the art work collection, cleanliness, fragrance of the hotel, it is definitely worth the value when you are staying in Verona. The most valuable asset of the hotel is their staff, it made our stay so enjoyable! From the concierge Agostino at the helm is just excellent! All our lunch and dinners are recommended by him, Yusuf was kind enough to help us with all our luggages, and lastly Reyal who is always active during breakfast and is very accommodating to our every need during breakfast for us to enjoy it! This hotel needs more recognition!
