Delightful hotel to stay at and a great location. Highly recommend the stay for the price.
Pros:

The reception staff were great and the bartender too. Pool was clean and amenities were decent. The breakfast too was good

Cons:

The WiFi was horrendous I could barely get some work done. Couldn’t load much or anything.

Great customer service
Pros:

I am leaving this review based off the exceptional customer service provided by Anouar. We had an issue (nothing to do with the property itself, but other guest behaviour) and it was dealt with promptly and with care and attention to our needs. I cannot fault the response from the hotel at all.

اقامتي كانت مميزة بدايه من موظفي الاستقبال كانو جميعهم لطيفين طوال فترة اقامتي سهولة اجراءات الدخول والخروج حيث كانو متوفرين طوال اليوم واخص بالشكر ماريا وآنا لتسهيلهم اجراءات حجزنا وحرصهم على راحتنا ، الفندق كان جدا آمن وكان موظفو الأمن متواجدين عند المدخل وفي الطوابق وعند المسبح 24 ساعة مما يشعرك بالأمان والراحة ، نظافة الغرف وخدمة الغرف سريعة ومتوفره طوال اليوم ،الغرف واسعة واطلالتها جميلة جدا حيث كان حجزي غرفة على المسبح وغرفتان على المدينة وجميعها كانت جميلة ومميزة فموقع الفندق رائع في قلب سنتر القرية وع بعد خطوات من الماركت والبحر وجميع المحلات

Pros:

Beautiful hotel & room. Location was perfect with only a few minutes from the main bus station and walking distance to most main areas. We were really welcomed nicely by the hotel staff & they also surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival.
