Pros:

We loved the food, it was amazing, everything was amazing at dinner every night. Especially the desserts the choices were abundant and everything was amazing. The staff was really friendly and willing to help any possible way they could. We had some problems with the WiFi in our room, but they fixed it as quickly as possible. Really, an amazing group of people work there.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel is right next to Tropics the night club and it can get loud at night, however in the room they already gave us earplugs, and the nous was never unbearable.

Ho apprezzato molto l’accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale, sempre disponibile e cordiale. L’hotel è molto bello, con una piscina davvero piacevole, e si trova in una posizione centralissima, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. La struttura è curata e l’atmosfera è piacevole. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto positivo e sicuramente lo consiglierei

Cons:

L’unica pecca è stata la rumorosità della stanza: durante la notte si sentivano i rumori delle macchine e le voci delle persone provenienti dalla strada, probabilmente perché gli infissi non sono insonorizzati. Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato piacevole

Pros:

The hotel is excellent, the staff are great, the room is cleaned every day with clean towels left. Location is great.
