I cannot think of anything I particularly liked about the property, mostly that I was able to sleep

Cons:

I’d like to preface this by saying the hotel already contacted me regarding my complaints - however there was no compensation.

The parking is abysmal , there’s maybe 6 parking spaces in the parking lot and the rest is Russian roulette with on street parking.

When checking in the receptionist would stop to help someone order a pizza.

Room was on the top floor, we had heavy luggage and there was no lift.

Old dirt and grime could be seen on the window edges, sockets and there was a noticeable stain on the bed sheets.

Breakfast was the poorest breakfast I have ever seen .. definitely not worth the money. The juice machine did not contain smu juice, the fruit was visibly rotten, there was no sugar for tea or coffee and the cold cheese was paper thin and stuck together.

There were alcohol bottles and glasses littering the hall like a fraternity house.

It’s a pity because I stayed in the Carlton President the previous night for the exact same price and it was wonderful, I regretted not booking 2 nights there instead

Viel erg tegen.
Pros:

De netheid van de kamer.

Cons:

De afstand naar de kamer, geen hulp met de bagage. Klein dakraampje. Bij het scannen van de qr code, kreeg ik een virus in mijn telefoon. Ik kon niet meer bellen.

Das Personal spricht kein Wort Deutsch. Wir sind schon ein paar mal im Hotel gewesen. Aber so was Kundenunfreundliches haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wenn ich schon ein Hotel betreibe, muss ich auch dafür sorgen, dass ich mit Gästen>wie wir< in der Sprache sprechen kann. Es kommen vorher und nachher viele, viele Emails. Aber alles nur Englisch. Nicht mal Übersetzen kann man es. Das Frühstück war eine Katrastrohe. Ganz wenig Aufschnitt, kein Rührei bzw. Schinken. Wurde nicht nachgelegt. Kein Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Im Bad oder Dusche keine möglichkeit den Seifenspender zu benutzen.

Confortable, endroit sympathique, petit déjeuner top !
Pros:

Petit déjeuner complet et délicieux, lit très confortable (même pour mon épouse qui a mal au dos), emplacement juste à côté du joli centre, parking à disposition gratuitement.

Cons:

Notre chambre était la première du couloir à côté de la réception, donc un peu bruyant le matin, mais c’est tout.
