This hotel need some updating.
The rooms have been remodel but the outside walls, stairs, pool need some updating.
The Lite Breakfast was a coffee and a packaged roll. No juice , and the coffee was not ready at 6 am as advertised.
The check-in was slow even though I completed a early check in.
Days Inn Delta is a great place to stay. It is right on Main St. and within short walking distance of many restaurants and the hubbub of the town. It has the feeling of a quaint American Town and brings back the fun memories of childhood. The rooms are newly refreshed with nice comfortable beds. The room had a fridge and microwave and the shower was powerful. I took special note of this due to having a wife with lots of thick hair.
While in your room you can hear the gentle rumbling of Main St. but no more than the noise in my neighborhood street back home. Turn on the air in the room and Main St. Disappears. The night was very quiet and peaceful. A perfect place for a quick stop over or extended stay.
Hotel is in need of major repairs. Ceiling in bathroom was holding on by tape and stucco. Inoperable car in parking lot. No hot breakfast. Carpet was very dirty. Expected more for being the only hotel chain in town.
The staff were incredibly rude, a woman and two men i encountered at the front desk when I was there for 2.5 days. The food selection was old stale cereal, no milk/ creamer for coffee or cereal and muffins in a small pack. When opening one I immediately saw mold.
When talking to the staff members we were constantly met with “what do you want now?” Or a very annoyed, sounding “what”. The woman was on her phone having a conversation via speaker and when I had requested some support with our leaking shower and lights sparking. She seems very bothered to be looking for an available room for us. She initially said that we would be charged more for changing rooms but to not follow through with that. The second time I required some assistance after changing rooms, I left my pajamas in the previous room, and when I requested to grab the keys to access an hour later, she rolled her eyes and told me to go find a housekeeper. I did try to contact a housekeeper in passing, and I was told to go ask her for help. After getting my pajamas back, I overheard the front desk, saying some rude remarks about me
The beds were dirty and covered in stains, the shower soaps were empty, and the WiFi did not work. Overall, a horrible day and not worth the almost $300 I spent on two nights there for my sister’s graduation. I could honestly look past all of the cosmetic things if the staff were nicer and there was access to the amenities that were promised online such as the pool and breakfast.
I had a comfortable stay at dayss inn. The location was convenient. Overall, a good experience.
Affordable 😎, friendly owner/manager.
Clean, safe, close to restaurants and stores. Friendly customer service…
We were given a room that simply should not have been rented out. The ceiling above the shower/bath had previously collapsed and the repair was failing. The light fixture on the ceiling near the shower had exposed bulbs and wiring. We showed photos to staff, who said the room should not have been rented out but did not do anything to make the situation right.
Air conditioner/heater not plugged in, bedside lamp didnt work. Toilet exceptionally low with no grab bars to help get up off. Reccommend calling hotel before booking to see if all rooms have those low toilets. Parking lot very congested and marked poorly. No way to drive through it to get to spaces. Employees are very nice and helpful. Breakfadt was decent.
When we arrived, we are made aware that the continental breakfast would not have eggs or meat available all that they had were bananas and cereal. We also were told not to expect our room to be cleaned during our stay and that we would have to take our own trash out to the buckets.
Yes
Very clean room (#103); A/C was great; close & easy parking; convenient location in Delta. Maintenance needed on toilet (flapper malfunction in tank caused constant water flow) and sink (metal hardware was very loose).
This place did not work out for us. Wyndham needs to do a better job at property upkeep. We ended up leaving and staying 2 hours away. Staff was very nice though.
Poor
Friendly , comfortable and clean👍
This property is located downtown and made it very accessible because of being on a business trip.
It was also in close proximity to several restaurants
Very basic, but I suppose the price reflects that. Check-in area was very messy. Entire facility needs a redo.
The staff was exceptionally helpful. She let us use the dryer to dry some stuff that got drenched on our camping trip.
The bed could have been firmer.
Clean rooms and good room service
Clean, comfortable and convenient.
