Excelente escolha para um pernoite a caminho de Fortaleza.
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e bem decorado, hotel limpo e aromatizado, muito agradável. Vale a pena pagar pouca coisa a mais e ficar num hotel com mais conforto.

Alguns ajustes
Pros:

A localização, o tamanho do quarto, a vista e a area da piscina.

Cons:

O banheiro. A agua quente não funcionou. O chuveiro não fechava direito e passou a noite pingando e fazendo barulho.

O serviço de quarto. Pedimos um vinho tinto seco. Nos informaram que só tinha meio seco. Aceitamos a troca. Entregaram um vinho suave.

Limpeza péssima , você anda descalço no quarto e fica com os pés encardidos de tão sujo. Janelas sem limpeza há um bom tempo pelo aspecto. Fiquei sem água quente no chuveiro por três dias consecutivos - quando informado na recepção a resposta genérica - “estaremos vendo”. Resumindo - a falta de opção em Teresina leva a ficar nesse hotel que de bom só tem a localização . Foi “reformado “ recentemente e ficou com cara de obra barata pelo acabamento - hotel velho que precisa se adequar a começar pela qualidade do serviço prestado. Funcionários da recepção mal treinados e perdidos . Resumindo, um duas estrelas com classificação de 4 - pelo

Fora problema com atendente (Foi maravilhoso ô conforto)

Gostei do conforto, tratamento dos camareiros, dos funcionários do restaurante foi maravilhoso. Muito bem recepcionado, bem educados.

Cons:

Teve atendimento da recepcionista, ela foi muito ríspida no atendimento, achei um tratamento preconceituoso por eu ter uma aparência simples. Não gostei da forma dela falar, me tratar, aonde sempre ando tratando todo mundo bem, para ter uma boa colheita. Então acho que essa questão deveria ser avaliada, no meu caso, foi uma atendente. Então acredito que hotel pelo respaldo de avaliação no mercado, jamais poderá deixar um tipo de tratamento desse acontecer.

Foi bom, mas não superou minha expectativa.

Localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Isolamento acústico ruim. Do nosso quarto dava pra ouvir a movimentação do quarto ao lado e na rua também.
