Great
Cons:

The toilet was broken.
We went to our engagement and when we returned, we were given another room.
Preferred the original room we booked. However we are sisters so we didn’t mind sharing
a king size bed.

Good location, but the stay was disappointing overall.
Pros:

The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and Atlantic City is within a reasonable distance.

Cons:

Unfortunately, most other aspects of the stay were average or below expectations. The staff experience was underwhelming, the breakfast was very basic and ran out of food by 9:30 AM, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel as a whole feels like it’s in need of an update.

Pros:

It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient as always. 99%of the staff was excellent. I love this place.

Cons:

There was a mix up with the booking. One employee said they couldn't help me, but another staff member came in and saved the day.

Cons:

Rooms desperatly need renovation . Housekeeping seems understaffed. Breakfast needs more variety-too many pork products.
Laundry, dishwasher, living room tv inoperable.

I will be back!
Pros:

I enjoyed everything about my stay. From the front desk to my room to the fitness facilities. They served an amazing continental breakfast and another evening meal. The fitness room/pool was on the first level near the front desk which I appreciated. Often it’s in the furthest most remote corner of the building with no second exit. I felt very safe in the fitness room. My “room” was very large with a king sized bed, couch eating area, kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top and dishwasher! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed and at home. I’ve already made reservations for a return trip. Highly recommend!!

The location was very convenient and the price was right.

Where to start....the black out curtains were shredded and missing in spots...very shoddy. The breakfast was terrible. Flavorless powdered eggs and the coffee was unpalatable...oh, and we had NO HOT WATER!!
I came to Jersey because my father passed away and the family was converging. The location was 5 mins from my parents house. We got back to the hotel late so we just went to bed. Couldn't was my face or take a shower. Really unacceptable. We checked out a day early and we will be refuting the AmEx charge. Never again. Very dissappointing.
We stated there once before and our rooms were not ready, even though it was after 5pm and I had to get dressed for an event in the lobby bathroom. While changing, the cleaning crew was banging on the door to come in to clean. I dont even know why we gave this place a second chance.

A little over priced for what you get. But I would stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff was nice. Location was clean.

Cons:

Rooms did not get cleaned or restocked daily. Rooms are a little beat up. Bedding fitted sheet was the wrong size.

Good Location
Pros:

Location and clean, comfortable room.

Cons:

The kitchen floor and the sofa should really be replaced. The kitchen floor is damaged and the sofa had terrible stains on the arms and the cushions were obviously worn.

Liked the hotel, Staff was pleasant, Room Service could have been better.
Pros:

Staff and other patrons very friendly. Room set up was comfortable. Quiet at night, no issues sleeping.

Cons:

No room service at all, no one ever took garbage. Had to go looking for towels. We were their Thursday to Sunday. Room was not very clean when we got there. lot of dirt in corners and table and countertop were sticky and needed to be cleaned.

Availability of suites vs a standard hotel room was very desirable.

Cons:

Pool seemed small for such a large facility. Buffett is also very cramped for such a large facility that was pretty booked up while I was there.

Satrina this is from Kalina, you're simply the best!
Pros:

Mostly I loved the staff. Satrina is such a lovely person! - And the fireplace/common area.

I also loved the pool and the room itself, I lucked out, it was much nicer than the room my parents had in the past.

The common area was quiet, so I was allowed to change the TV in the common room to whatever I wanted. The fireplace was always on, and I loved "coming home" to that. During a very difficult time in my life where I couldn't be home or with family or friends for thanksgiving, I was treated like family like friends and like a valued guest, mainly by the woman I met my first night there, Satrina. She really helped me with my check in situation when I was in a bind. She was so jovial, receptive, wise, supportive, smart and kind! What a great personality! She knew exactly how to help me! She helped me with my situation and was patient while I worked with booking.com; she was funny and practical. She even took pictures for me and helped me have a good time! I hope she and her daughter (if I'm remembering correctly) are doing well! Without her and the Homewood suites by ShopRite my holiday would have been miserable. I hope this review reaches her, lifts her spirits and secures her job whatever come what may, I may even come back to visit, for her comradery <3

It's definitely one of the better hotels in New Jersey

My Tv mysteriously could only be on or off, the remote seemed to have a bad on/off button. The rest of the buttons worked and the fellow tried to fix it twice while I was there but it probably needs a replacement

DIRTY DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS
Pros:

Wallpaper peeling off the walls dirt everywhere stains on the furniture and carpeting mold in the grout and in the bathroom the light in the bathroom didn't work. I had a kid in the room next-door yelling and screaming starting at 6 AM. Called the desk three times they did nothing. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at you have been warned.
