Last time staying at this facility.
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly and personable during check in. The free breakfast and 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The location is close to Atlantic city without being in Atlantic city.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff were rude, began knocking 2 hours before checkout, entered the room at 9am, 2 hours before checkout. Came around two more times in the next two hours, knocking repeatedly. Spoke very rudely to the guests. I also believe I heard mice in the room during the night while I was sleeping.

easy access to all area we wanted to go to

Cons:

stayed 3 nights total never had room cleaned or vaccumed never got clean towels had to hunt them down our self only to be told they could only give me 3 towels for a family of 4 never had sheets or blankets changed took hours to check in due to computers being down and had to have room key replaced due to it stopped working

We had an awesome stay
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing!! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was setup perfectly for space and felt like a high end efficiency apartment.
We will be using them again in the future and we highly recommend. Plus the kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners for family

STAFF 100% GREAT! ACCOMMODATIONS WORN AND DIRTY!
Pros:

Stayed 6/30-7/9. Staff, Natalie, Jessica and Demar especially were tremendous!! Helpful and courteous- really, really nice people. Positives- all employees, bed, maids, breakfast staff. Negatives- laundry room machines, dirty, and needs drastic upgrade and takes your $$$, room furniture was old and dirty, sofa and living room chair haven't been cleaned in years! Rooms desperately need new furniture! Staff is one of, if not best I've ever encountered. Management- wake up- your accommodations are lacking. Your staff is awesome. Bob M.
