Pros:

The reception is formal and functional, bordering on unfriendly. There’s plenty of staff around but they seem more focussed on chatting and laughing amongst themselves than guest experience, which is a shame because the staff in the brasserie are the polar opposite - they are friendly and welcoming.
Rooms differ in standard despite the same categorisation. I stayed three nights on arrival in Casablanca and couldn’t fault the room. Staying one night before I leave Morocco and the room is smaller, older and in need of some TLC/repair. It’s a disappointment considering the standard of the hotel.

Disgusting stains, poor service
Pros:

We paid extra for a "luxury" room, but it had a vomit stain next to the bed and a series of disgusting stains on the couch. The toilet was in a closet on the other side of the room from the sink. For some reason, there was a baby crib, and the staff wouldn't remove it. We asked to switch rooms, but they said no. They said they would refund us (we ended up booking a last-minute room at the Marriott down the street), but more than a week later, and they still haven't. This is far from a five-star hotel -- it is dirty, and I would stay away.

Needs a refresh to capture its lost glory. Nice enough people.
Pros:

We checked in at 4 20 pn. Frankly I find rhus quite ridiculous. I k ow that in morocco check in is at 3 but then check out is 12 on the dot. They gave us a bigger room but it was painful

Pros:

Die Hotellobby und das Restaurant waren neu und modern und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer war älter aber auch sehr sauber. Grundsätzlich war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem Blick zur großen Moschee und dem Ozean.

They would charge extra cost and refuse to refund
Pros:

I stayed for 3 days and got 100USD voucher during my stay. However when I checked out the hotel charged additional cost within that 100usd. They realized the mistake but refuse to refund! I checked out by 2026/3/13 and till now still no refund.
This is ROBBERY!
