Pros:

The rooms were nice and breakfast was excellent.
The staff remained very helpful.
The location was very good and everything was in good approach.

Cons:

Excellent service.
The manager of Sofitel Casablanca was very helpful accommodating. We had to discuss few issues and she helped us a lot.

Ménage très moyen. Faut réclamer pour que le ménage soit fait. Chambre vétuste . Canalisation bouchées! p’tit dej peu varié, tous les jours la même chose.
