Breakfast had a good choice
The stuff wasn’t too communicative and their responses were very cold. When we arrived and were checking in the lady was talking in robotic mode. No gesture of kindness no welcome nothing. Just very cold mechanical explanation of ‘rules’… When you were passing any stuff around the hotel nobody would greet you with even little good morning. Not enough towels in the room, had to run to ask for more. I was traveling with a baby and asked for cot didn’t receive one. The room was so tiny it wouldn’t even fit any. Nothing suitable for a baby in the room. Even accommodating 2 adult and the baby in such a room was ridiculous. No fridge nothing. Broken kettle was either not turning off unless unpluged. When my mom asked if the stuff would hold my baby’s food for a night they refused straight away so had to throw it away. The tip of the mountain was when I myself was leaving the elevator and stepped aside to let elder person pass then someone opened the door behind me with impact hit me really hard and didn’t even say sorry! When I said out lout that you could at least apologize if you can’t see where you were going and that there can be people around the man didn’t even look and kept walking away. Rude!
