Pros:

The location is really nice, top of the mountain accessible via a dedicated lift. The room was very spacious and fantastic views of the town below. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros:

+ Atmosfera e posizione dell'hotel, molto comodo raggiungere il paese e le piste da sci grazie all'ascensore e bus gratuito
+ Colazione, molto apprezzata l'attenzione portata alla richiesta di avere delle opzioni senza glutine
+ Sauna poco frequentata, a 15chf/persona al giorno
+ Una bellissima vista sulle montagne dalla nostra camera

- Moquette macchiata e consumata in camera

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Stilvollem Hotel.
Pros:

Frühstück war von hoher Qualität und sehr reichhaltig. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung und Fotos. Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist über den Lift vom Dorf her gut erreichbar. Natürlich ist der Lift kein Vergleich zur historischen Standseilbahn - aber praktisch ist er trotzdem. Die Balkone an der Hauptfassade haben Morgensonne - sehr angenehm!

Cons:

Platzzuweisung im Frühstückraum war unflexibel. Das war unverständlich und unnötig. Ein mit vier Gedecken aufgedeckter Tisch wurde nicht an zwei Personen gegeben, auch wenn sonst an den gleich grossen Tischen nur zwei Personen sassen.
Kaffee aus Vollautomat. Ist leider ein weit verbreiteter Standard.
