Pros:

Tudo muito bom. Porém pegamos um período de hotel muito cheio. E a grande dificuldade era elevador. Apenas 2 e não são grandes. Demais vale muito a pena o hotel.

Os elevadores, em razão da alta quantidade de hóspedes, acabam gerando atrasos consideráveis.Principalmente pelo volume de hóspedes, causando bastante demora nos horários de pico.

Local. Instalação. Cama, travesseiros e almofadas perfeitos. Hall de entrada. Café da manhã. O próprio local do café com vista para as vias e lojas. Bem bacana. Até parecia do Plaza da gram via de madrid !

Elevador pequeno e somente 2. Na hora do café não dá vazão. Algo apenas pontual não se trata de “reclamação “. Mosca no quarto ! Talvez uma Detetizacao resolva ! Ou higienização mais forte ! Cuidadosa !

Sin duda destacar la amabilidad del personal del hotel, ante cualquier solicitud o dudas estaban disponibles para aclarar o ayudar
El desayuno buffet exquisito, mucha variedad y todo fresco. Cosas a destacar son los espacios disponibles del Hotel. Cuando viajas con niños, el que tengan una zona Kids marca la diferencia y esta vez no fue la excepción.. sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos aquí.
