Minha família gosta muito deste hotel, principalmente pela localização, muito próximo da praia.

Não gostei de um problema acontecido com um documento meu perdido em frente ao hotel, e a intermediação do atendente que recebeu o manifesdo da pessoa que encontrou não foi legal e principalmente acheo bastante duvidoso a forma como foi conduzido. Nada foi feito para tentar resolver o problema. Conversei com a gerente, ficou de me dar uma posição e infelizmente não obtive nenhuma explicação.

La ubicación inmejorable. La mejor esquina de Avenida Brasil. La atención del personal excelente. Desayuno abundante y variado.

Cons:

El ruido entre las habitaciones. Estábamos en la habitación 803 y se escucha la habitación de al lado y en el piso de arriba no sé qué hay pero se escucha mucho ruido de pasos y es bastante molesto. El tema de los ascensores en algunos horarios se complica porque solo 2. La piscina es muy pequeña para las dimensiones del hotel, aunque tan cerca de la playa realmente no nos molestó, pero quería mencionarlo.
