Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich würde jederzeit dort wieder buchen.
Pros:

Mir hat das Personal sehr gut gefallen. Alle waren immer sehr freundlich und bemüht, behilflich zu sein. Das Zimmer war ruhig, hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Küchenzeile war ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gab sogar einen Geschirrspüler, den ich allerdings nicht benutzt habe. Die Heizung funktionierte gut. Die Fenster waren dicht und funktionierten. Das Bad war modern und sauber, bis auf den Mülleimer. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war sehr gut. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Ambiente des Apartmenthauses war insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist dort recht schwierig. Aber das ist für Großstädte nicht außergewöhnlich.
Mein Abfalleimer aus dem Bad war nicht geleert worden. Allerdings wurde das sofort erledigt, als ich es bemängelte. Die Aschenbecher vor dem Haus und dahinter wurden ebenfalls nicht geleert.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Die Lage. Schönes und gepflegtes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Es war sehr hellhörig. Das Ambiente ist etwas kühl. Es könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Mir fehlte insbesondere eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit - wie beispielsweise ein Sessel oder eine Couch.

Pros:

Das Zimmer sehr sauber und angenehm warm, die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten für einen Kurzurlaub ausgestattet. Der Ruheraum mit Kaminfeuer hat uns sehr gefallen. Unser Zimmer war im Hinterhaus. Man hört überhaupt nicht den Verkehr von der Hauptstraße.

Cons:

Die Treppen sind sehr steil, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Parkmöglichkeiten sind rar. Gegenüber haben wir ein Parkhaus gesehen, aber nicht benutzt.

-Zusatzparkplatz (gegen Gebühr) nur eine Durchfahrtshöhe von 1,90cm
-Ersatzparkplatz neben dem Gehweg, bei Verkehr schwierig einzuparken
-Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig
