Pros:

I loved the manager soher .. he was very helpful. The rest were pretty lousy at responding or being available and the cleaning staff did not clean my room on time for my arrival .. and then I asked them to not enter my room when am away and they kept entering ~ changing my towel and arranging my bed when I specifically mentioned I like my privacy

Them entering my room despite my request , and the lack of assistance when I needed help with data and making it to my appointment

Cons:

Das Zimmer war unter aller würde. Ein Dreibettzimmer reserviert und ein Zweibettzimmer bekommen mit einer zusätzlichen Matratze auf dem dreckigen Boden. Von vier Lampen im Zimmer ging nur eine. TV ging nicht. Im Bad waren die Fliesen kaputt.

Habe vor einigen Jahren häufiger und gerne (stets mit leckerem Frühstück) in dem Hotel übernachtet; dieses Mal unangenehm überrascht von der Vehemenz, mit welcher der Zahn der Zeit (nicht nur an der Ausstattung) genagt hat; Frühstücksoption war, obwohl im Netz aufgeführt, nicht mehr verfügbar; statt dessen (Achtung: anekdotische Evidenz) äußerst lautstarke Auseinandersetzungen im Nachbarzimmer, denen ich über Sprachbarrieren hinweg entgegenwirken musste.
