Excelente estadia em Sorrento!

Foi uma excelente estadia em Sorrento!!!
Sem dúvida que o ponto forte deste hotel é a simpatia do staff!
Logo no momento do check in, fomos muito bem acolhidas, garantindo todas as informações necessárias para aproveitar o melhor de Sorrento e da costa amalfitana (os locais a visitar, restaurantes, transportes, tudo nos foi indicado pelo anfitrião)!
O pequeno-almoço foi excecional, com muita variedade e produtos de muita qualidade! Destaco o staff desta área pela sua humildade e simpatia, para além de estarem sempre muito atentos à necessidade de reposição dos produtos para que nada faltasse!
A higiene do quarto bem como dos espaços comuns também foi exímia ! Existiu serviço de limpeza diário, com reposição dos produtos de higiene.
A vista do quarto e a varanda com mesa e cadeiras para desfrutar no serão foram a cereja no topo do bolo!
Recomendamos a 100%!

Cons:

O único aspeto que aponto como menos positivo refere-se ao acesso ao local... Apesar de se encontrar muito perto do centro de Sorrento, em termos de distância física, a estrada tem uma parte (cerca de 750metros) em que não tem passeio para peões, sendo uma estrada com muitas curvas e bastante movimentada, recomendando-se, por isso, a deslocação de autocarro (o bilhete de autocarro é muito acessível e é uma viagem rápida).

Decoração clean , super limpinho, tínhamos uma varanda com uma linda vista do mar. O hotel tem um convenio com um onibus que nos leva pro centro e trás de volta o que facilita demais e para quem quer conhecer a Bagna Regina Giovanna, esse hotel fica ao lado. Café da manhã excelente. Tudo muito limpo e a cachorrinha deles é uma lindeza.

Camera pulita, staff al ricevimento cordiale e ottima colazione, sopra le aspettative.

Cons:

Nella descrizione viene indicato che c'è possibilità di parcheggio su prenotazione. Se si è sicuri di venire in macchina conviene prenotare immediatamente anche il parcheggio(anzi in alta stagione o nei weekend forse conviene prima accertarsi che ci sia il posto auto e poi procedere con la prenotazione della camera), perché i posti sono pochi e non soddisfano le richieste di tutti. Non è possibile parcheggiare in strada o nelle vicinanze. Io ho rischiato di dover annullare il mio soggiorno in quanto ho voluto prenotare il parcheggio il giorno prima dell'arrivo. Il direttore molto gentilmente si era offerto di restituirmi l'importo della mia prenotazione anche se non era rimborsabile, sapendo che senza parcheggio si è impossibilitati a dormire nella struttura. Fortunatamente ho trovato posto nella struttura dove si teneva la cerimonia per la quale avevo prenotato l'hotel Spicy.
Quindi attenzione. Prenotate subito il parcheggio perchè, anche se non specificato, la disponibilità è molto limitata.

Some of the walk up was in the road as there was no pavement. However a shuttle bus just down the road was convenient.

Personnel très chaleureux et disponible, cadre reposant et agréable avec belle vue.

Cons:

Hôtel très agréable, au calme, avec une belle vue sur les hauteurs de Sorrente.
Le seul petit point à prendre en compte concerne la localisation : sans voiture, on dépend des navettes et des bus qui s’arrêtent assez tôt, vers 23h. De plus, l’accès à pied jusqu’à l’arrêt de bus peut être un peu délicat car il n’y a pas de trottoirs sur cette portion de route.
