Breakfast was good, standard
There was a used condom in my room. I showed tbis to staff and all I got was ‘sorry’ I showed this to staff in which he took a photo off my phone.

Not clean
The rooms were spacious and basic facility expectation were met.
The property is rundown and needs to be renovated ASAP. The air quality of the hotel is very bad. There was a strong smell of Mould, and I had trouble sleeping because of the allergy cause by this air. There were cockroaches in my room and I had spotted few at the dustbin near the reception elevator as well. So, pest control is also a major issue.
Food is good taste and realy like.
The aircondition little bit hot.
The hotel was as expected for the price. The room was dated and had a smell. And the mattress was firm. Having said that I travelled to this hotel as a single female and felt very safe and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, speaking very good english and were very helpful in accomodating my request especially helping out with finding me a powerpoint adapter and charger. I will come back to this hotel again.
