Great value for money through Expedia. Staff is excellent - respectful and polite. Room is nice, clean, and spacious! Clean crisp towels in the bathroom. Massage service is awesome. Neighbourhood outside the property may not be for everyone but is overall safe. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, and even malls in walking distance.

Matkustaminen julkisilla voi olla hidasta ruuhkaisina aikoina mutta jos pitää kävelystä, kohtuullisen matkan päästä löytyy kauppa keskus.

Tilauslistalta löytyy reitti ruoka listalle mistä näkee minkälaisia aterioita on tilaamassa, aamupala oli täyttävä nälkäisenä aamuna, joten jos on pieni aamu ruokainen voit jakaa kumppanin kanssa aterian puoliksi.

I am giving this 5 stars because they earned it. This has a rent by the hour option place as well. I brought my family here because we are familiar with walking and eating street food. The SM mall is a 2 minute taxi ride. The sari sari stores and street food in the area is amazing. You can also order room service. Their food is fantastic. The staff is better than far bigger hotel chains. I will stay here again next time I visit Las Piñas.

Nice room and clean

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and accommodating.

App showed us pictures of room that we suppose to get for a deal... instead wat we got was the price of normal studio room nothing like the picture wat we promised n no garage parking... we basically got the lowest room for the price... the staff was helpful as in getting us a clean room still wasnt wat we expected... they even wanted us to pay an extra 40 us dollars 2k in phillipines currancy to upgrade to the room that ws advertised... deceiving all the way... never will book again... to be fair i use to come here in the past never had a problem till now... wont honor wat u pay for .

We could hear the mice inside the roof and been very noisy. The AC was not good, turning cold In one spot to the bed. I will never use this hotel again

I stayed there for five days And they only clean my room once and that’s because I told him and he apologized and he told me we will have somebody clean it and they never get out of the days I stayed there only once the room got cleaned

I was happy with the place

I like that they have hot Water and working aircon. This place is close to bus or any kind of transportation. Staff are all helpful and prompt to act whenever you ask for help. The only thing i didnt like about this place is about the motel’s known for short stay rendezvou, a place for hinding lovers. There is no other amenities aside from tV. So if you just want a cheap place to sleep , if you have no childrens with u, i think this is is good.
