Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth, breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Good experience. Great place to stay! Kuya Gee is a great a driver, he always greets guests that he saw on the hallway and lobby! He is very helpful as well.

Christian and Romart helped me with my luggages. Both of them are courteous and friendly. They also gave me some information navigating the nearby malls.

We enjoyed our stay the luggage guy named edwin was very helpful to us he help us with our luggage and with full service to our room

Just celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary at Acacia Hotel Alabang and it was a blast! Special shoutout to Patricia who was super accommodating and even surprised us with a complimentary cake. Service was top-notch and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic evening. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends 🤗♥️

Edwin helps us with our luggage. It was a good experience yet it got a minor delay while checking in. Nice room and services. It was clean yet the atmosphere makes it look cheap here.

Coffee during brkfast was bland and unsatisfactory. Machine was out of order so we were given the one from the stainless container
The infused water in the brkfast buffet didnt taste infused even though there were lemon rinds

I booked these dec 28 for our anniversary request for decoration for room to my surprise they done nothing.they ask for apology and told me that they will bring na lng pastries as compliment but they also did nothing,so disappointed for these behavior.so irresponsible the guest service.

The room was great. Value for money. The staff are courteous. Special thanks to Edwin for our bags and taking care of checkout and also to the pool staff who were very helpful.

However, I was honestly disappointed with the gym service. There was no water and I asked for a refill. Stayed at the gym for more than an hour but it was not refilled.

This is the best hotel so far I’ve experienced in Alabang. I commend Ms. Micol Amado for her exceptional customer service. Will probably go back here because of the great service.
