Acacia Hotel has become our usual go-to, and for good reason. Every stay feels consistently enjoyable and comfortable. They also come really quickly whenever we needed anything.

The buffet spread is always impressive, with a great selection that includes delicious cheeses, premium ham, and even taho, which adds a nice local touch. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared and satisfying.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciate that extra pillows are promptly provided upon request. We also enjoy the nice view of Alabang, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

My kids absolutely love the pool and spend most of their time there, which makes the stay even more special for us as a family. We always end up having so much fun together.

It’s also very convenient to have restaurants and cafes within the hotel, plus a rooftop bar for when we want something a bit more elevated.

Overall, it’s a place we keep coming back to for a nice family weekend or holiday quick getaway.

We recently stayed at Acacia Hotel Alabang with my family to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Rommel and Josh, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. They surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake and beautifully arranged birthday decorations in our room, which made the celebration even more meaningful.

The thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s these little details that really make a difference.

We had a superb time and created wonderful family memories. We will definitely be coming back!

We recently stayed at Acacia Manila Hotel with our family to celebrate my son’s graduation. We had a wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Acacia Hotel Manila, and it was especially enjoyable for our one-year-old son. The entire experience felt very family-friendly and welcoming.

All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. From check-in, to everyone at Acaci restaurant, and even the bellman, we truly appreciated how they warmly interacted with our baby and even took time to play with him. Those little gestures made our stay extra special.

Yesterday, before going to church, we asked for room clean so we are not around when they do it. And voila, when we got in at night, it's super clean 🙂 All the complimentary stuff were changed too..Thank you so mu h April!

Great valet service of Edwin. Her were polite, quick, and handled my car with care. The process was smooth and hassle-free from drop-off. Definitely convenient, especially during busy times. Will use again!

I would like to commend Ms. Jaye (Membership) and Nel (Telephone Operator )for their excellent customer service and assistance at Acacia Hotel Manila . I was coordinating the stay of my mother-in-law and her friends, and we had a last-minute request which they handled so efficiently and kindly.

Even though I was coordinating remotely, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. My mother-in-law and her friends were very pleased with their stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was our son's 12th birthday celebration. The very moment we entered the hotel, the staff were very accomodating. They helped us carry our luggage and the food we have delivered for the celebration all the way to our room. Kristine helped us with the check in process that was so smooth. The room is very clean and we have everything that we need from the clean water, the coffee, toiletries, and even an iron for our clothes.

We also appreciate the simple birthday decoration on the bed. Paolo also brought a cake to our room for my son, that was so delicious and we love it!

The next morning Yui called us early to remind of our breakfast buffet, and when we get there, she assisted us immediately with a very pleasant smile. A staff also guided us to our table and gave us brewed coffee. One staff also gave my children taho and even offered to take a picture for us. We also enjoyed the pool though it was very cold, there was a staff to watch over and provide towels.

The experience is very memorable for us. The location is perfect because its near Festival mall, Commerce, Ayala Town Center, Westgate, nice retaurants, and central park where we can just walk or have a run, and even do picnic. Though its near to some malls, there is a shuttle van that can bring us and fetch us back to the hotel. Even the check out was just as smooth as when we check in, Anne helped us and also ask for a shuttle service. Tatay Nats assisted us to get in the shuttle and Kuya Edwin drove us to the Festival mall with care and still all smiles.

Our family loved the experience and we will definitely go back! Thank you to the staff who assisted us with all smiles, you all deserve to be recognized! Lastly, we love the food and pastries, everything in this hotel is worth every cost!

I stayed at the Acacia In Alabang for 16 nights from Feb 10 to 16 & from Feb 21 to March 2. This hotel is my go-to when I stay in Alabang. The location is the best. Everything is within walking distance. Westgate plaza is across the street, restaurant & shopping centers such as Molito & Alabang Town Center just a short free shuttle away. But the real reason I return every year to the Acacia is the amazing staff & the spacious rooms. Thanks to front of the hotel staff: Ronald, Edwin, Christian & Yui at the lobby restaurant for making our family vacation one to truly remember. Any issues we had during our stay was handled with kindness & professionalism & they truly want to make your stay enjoyable. I'd also want to give my personal thanks to the housekeeping staff as they did their absolute best to keep us happy with a clean room every day for 16 nights.
