Went here just for a quick rest as we travelled back n forth to manila.

Front desk staff Ms. Micol was really nice as she gave us a free upgrade on our short stay. She also gave us options on where we can buy food as the in room dining was already closed.

The only problem that we noticed was that there AC is not working especially on the late hours so it was kind of hot when we arrived. Noneoftheless the staff were nice and accommodating.

My stay was good overall. The room was clean and nice, and the people at the front desk were really friendly. The pool attendant was also very kind and respectful.

But there was one thing that wasn’t great. When I used the restroom in the lobby, there was a woman cleaning, but she didn’t even look at me or say anything. She didn’t smile, and her attitude wasn’t very nice, which felt a little off. I looked at her name tag, and it showed “Jenny”

Other than that, everything was great, and I had a good time.

when I meet Bianca at the front desk , feels she is very welcoming person. also her Big Smile soften my heart . sana pag balik ko bianca is still there.

I commend Miss Mikha for always being of great help to us everytime we visit. She is always accommodating and very knowledgeable of all our inquiries. She is truly an asset to your hotel. Very pleasant everytime we converse with her making our visit a memorable one.

My wife and I visited Manila on a business trip. I was to work while she would explore around the city. While staying at the Acacia Hotel was ideal for me, being adjacent to my company’s offices, it was also central enough to allow my wife to explore through the day.

We found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful. Their hotel was clean, comfortable, and modern. There were many restaurants, of various types, in the area in addition to a large mall and a hospital.

Mid week my wife had an acute attack of kidney stones ( cause unknown at the time which increased our anxiety) which required medical aid. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. Their on staff nurse attended to her immediately and, with the help of on call staff drivers, helped us get directly to the local hospital. Being in a new culture, with limited knowledge of the city, the Acacis staff played a critical role in my wife’s treatment. We are thankful for their intervention and follow up once she was released from the hospital.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Acacia Hotel. My son's prom was held here. I commend Ms. Micol! She assist me with the booking, and even though she was on leave on the day of my check-in, she made sure everything was ready. She even upgraded our room free of charge. Since it was also my birthday month, she made sure there was birthday greeting and balloon placed on the bed. I also received a complimentary slice of cake.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I can't wait to be back.
