Would come back just for the duuble bedroom suit.
Pros:

Nothing much about the property but my
2bedroom studio was amazing. Would come back just for that.
- the 2bedroom suite was very spacious, fully equipped with utensils like a proper apartment but also with hotel amenities.
- the hot water kettle didnt work and the bathroom sink drained slow, but its no biggie for a night’s stay.
- the security guards and the cleaner were nice.

Cons:

- They have a nice main entrance, but for some reason it wasn't in use. Had to walk abit forward to an opening totally opposite of how their main entrance looked.
- The reception/ person who checked us in, wasn't so polite or hospitable. Kinda rude, but its okay, l've seen that in Thailand, they either have a really nice and smiling staff or a grumpy lady.

Nightmare on a Pattaya street

The weirdest 'hotel' I have ever been. To start with: this is in fact not an hotel. You even don't have a telephone to contact the reception. And there is in fact no reception: just a messy office. In night time you have to open the exit by pressing a button. After that you can't close the gate anymore. In reviews about this hotel I read that that issue is already going on for years but nobody has any feeling to repair it. I booked for 10 nights but I ran away after 3 nights. There is no air-condition in the elevators or bathroom. At the swimming pool I saw not any customer. There were no umbrella's and only a couple of plastic chairs. When we arrived they gave us a room where the light bulbs in the bathroom nor at the mirror in the living room worked. So they gave us another room.In that room 2 doors were closed. Because it was already in the early evening and nobody from the staff was there the security, which as expected didn't speak one word of English couldn't explain me . After I learned that we received the family room in which 2 doors were closed. In the evening we invited 2 persons to enjoy quietly a drink with us in the living room. The security were 100 procent allowed to take pictures of the ID of the guests. However they made a lot of problems about that. 'Only for 2 persons, only for 2 persons '. Oh my God, so that means you can not invite visitors in your room. This 'hotel' is also far too expensive for what they are offering. In fact there are offering really nothing except daily cleaning service.. OK the rooms where spacious but the furniture in the living room and kitchen was already more than a bit worn out, the door worked with a old fashioned key, you could not see who is ringing at the door and it is really not possible to adjust the temperature of the water in the bathroom. And last but not least: there is no breakfast, restaurant or bar available. A nightmare on a street in Pattaya

Pros:

The rooms are good. Unfortunately there is no longer a restaurant on the property. Reception has limited hours and is often hard to find when checking in and checking out. Property is locked with instructions to call a Thailand telephone number. Unless property establishes reception with regular hours I would not recommend staying here.
