Pros:

For 22€ the breakfast is not worth it. You can get way more food outside for way less money. The rooms are really small and you can hear all the noise from outside (which is a busy street with clubs next to it).
Shower was really dirty too.

Very beautiful lobby and kind staff with excellent service. Loved having a Nespresso machine in the room and it’s very close to many shops and eateries.

Small and clean.
Pros: Great air conditioning. Has an elevator so good for luggage. In ropm coffee maker. Nice daily breakfast.

Cons: no mini fridge. Not much space in the room.

Rooms are very small and not comfortable
Can’t have bags around and move around the rooms. Kitchen breakfast area is ok nothing special. Ants on the counter by where the bread and the toaster is which is also near precooked food. Building has gone through renovation obviously but if you’re used to a normal sized room this is not the hotel for you. Staff is nice and friendly and the rooms were quiet. No view nothing special. But just something to get by with.

Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Mousa was amazing: He's the best, the epitome of customer service. Location was excellent, walkable and lively, great shopping, close to stops where we could easily catch tour buses or the subway. Across the avenue is Rue Marbeuf where there are tons of excellent restaurants, so convenient.
