リピート決定の気配り最高の宿
Pros:

交通事故により高速が通行止、迂回になったために夕食時間に間に合いませんでした。
しかし機転を利かせたホテルスタッフの方がルームサービスにて温かな食事をチェックインのタイミングをみて提供してくださいました。これには感動しました。お肉をいただきましたが、このホテルは牧場直営なので肉料理が凄く美味しいです。次はしっかりバイキングの夕飯食べに行きたいです。

Cons:

露天風呂へのアプローチが少し暗かったのと浴槽の石のざらつきが痛かったので怪我しないか気になりました。

Pros:

温泉が適温で柔らかく気持ち良かった。
食事に制約があるので、選択肢が多く割安な夕食のルームサービスで敷島牛を食べれたのは有り難く堪能出来ました。

Cons:

雨模様の中、駐車場の環境は改善して欲しい。路面舗装とエントランス迄の歩行通路の屋根等。

Absolutely wonderful stay, I recommend !
Pros:

The hotel is fabulous ! The Onsen is wonderful, very and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of possibilities, and the personnel is awesome.

Pros:

タオルを持って行かなくても大浴場に入れる。エレベーターを使わなくても階段で移動できるくらいの規模で動きやすい。

Cons:

ブュッフェの追加タイミングが遅い。皿に取るので、何度も往復しないといけない。自動販売機のアルコールがすべて売り切れ。乾燥しすぎ。洗面所が暗すぎ。

ディナーのメインのお肉

今回は1階の部屋に宿泊
部屋は洗面がユニットバスでトイレと一緒で使い勝手は最悪
廊下などの共用部分のクロスが破れていたりして残念
4000円でランクアップした方が良かった

朝食夕食がおいしかった

Cons:

ホテルとは関係ないのかも分かりませんが、第二駐車場前のチーズ屋さん？が16時30分前で16:32分に行ったが店員さんが中にいるにも関わらず入店させてくれなかった。楽しみにしてたのに残念でした。
