Pros:

受付の方の対応が丁寧でした。お部屋は静かでゆっくりくつろげました。ベッドは清潔で、良く眠れました。また利用したいと思いました。

壁の汚れ（傷？）が気になりました。

また泊まってもいいです。
Pros:

駅近だし、安かった。
受付の方の対応は親切でとても良かったです。
まあ、泊まるだけならベッドも広くてまた泊まってもいいかな。
冷蔵庫もちゃんと冷えていて良かった。

Cons:

ガムテープの残骸が湯船のへりにあった。
湯船も古いです。シャワーだけなら問題は無いです。
温水便座ですが、便座は冷たかった。

低価格
部屋の広さは、非常にコンパクトで、小柄な自分にとってはちょうどよい広さ大きさ。男性は、狭く感じるかも。

Cons:

備え付けの冷蔵庫が冷えないこと。2002年製となっていたが、ちゃんと冷蔵庫としての機能があるなら古くても構わないが、冷えないのはいかがなものか。

Pros:

都内にしては以外に安く利用出来た。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の冷えが悪い。特に冷凍庫は全く氷が作れない。
湯槽の幅が狭くて窮屈で洗髪や洗体に苦労した。

とても嬉しいものでした。
