We had a fun time but when we left we were both a bit sore from the hard as a rock bed

Pros:

The staff was good but it could have been better

Cons:

The location of my unit was not ideal. The parking lot was covered in ice. It could have been cleared better for the guests in that area. We all had to be very careful getting to our vehicles due to the icy parking lot.
My 1st unit was rented out to a gentleman whom I walked in on. Had to go back to the front desk to get another unit and I walked into a unfinished unit. It was cleaned but not inspected so things were pulled out and not put back into place as a finished unit.

Landlord special
Pros:

The room was homey and comfortable. However, it felt like a landlord special in regards to the paint work and upkeep. There was paint on the trim work, sinks, tubs etc. An employee just walked into our room at one point which was a bit ridiculous. I understand accidents happen but it felt like we were overlooked.

Bed Bug Infestation
Cons:

The sofa was infested with bed bugs. Front desk Manager said there was nothing they could do. The week before we had stayed there and I had a bite and thought nothing of it but this time I recieved over 50 bites. Management just brushed us off. Saying their policy was to do nothing but we could file a formal complaint but offer no help in the matter.
DO NOT STAY HERE. ROOMS ARE INFESTED WITH BED BUGS.

It's comfy and quiet

Cons:

One of the front desk staff were very rude with my husband when we tried to extend our stay. When we checked the room they put us in was dirty so they put us into a different room. There was a female at the deck that was very rude to my husband when we tried to renew our room for 1 night. We spoke to a manager about it and nothing was done. So, The place was a good stay but, The customer service is really bad!
