The office staff is great - pools need help

Love the staff Kayla is always a gem never having a bad day!!

Cons:

The pool area was just a hot mess again. Last river still does not work, water was freezing inside and outdoors. Nobody could have really been checking that temp indoors it was never over 70° but someone kept writing 89° on the dry erase board. Something happened with the pipes and we had to leave the pool area. Three visits in a row and the pools do not work right. Also this visit there were bugs in our rooms - didn’t like that very much and NO sheets etc for the fold out couch were left.

Pros:

Didn't use the pool, but the rooms were very clean, quiet, and spacious. We loved the seclusion, and security. it felt great to know that people couldn't access the floor we were on. We really felt safe for that reason.

Cons:

not all of the staff were friendly. I remember speaking to a lady who was riding by on a golf cart and she was not courteous enough to speak back to me.

Nice staff - plz fix pool problems
Pros:

Always the staff Kayla in particular needs a raise and will brighten your day with her smile and kindness.

Cons:

Pool problems as usual - the indoor pool really needs to have the heater fixed - indoor and outdoor so cold you can’t swim

Pros:

The apartment was huge! 2 bdrms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and an accessible free laundry. The 2nd bath even had a Jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean. So nice! Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I wish the apartment would have wood or vinyl flooring because of our allergies.

Pros:

Very nice room. Resort is very family friendly. No many activities for older couples with no children. I took advantage of the adult only swim at 9 A.M. Rooms need a little updating. We put in 3 requests for repairs or missing items.

Great if you have kids. The kids will love the pool.
Pros:

I like the Colonies because I can also get a first floor unit without any steps if I can’t get a handicap unit. The kids in my family loves the pool and had a great time using it. They do need to update the furniture but my overall stay was wonderful. Their entire staff was professional and friendly.

Very comfortable and an exceptional location when having to eat out
Pros:

Overall, the facilities, grounds, and resort common areas were well maintained….very clean

Cons:

It is apparent that some of the rooms need to be upgraded… However, the front desk representative assured me that they would work with me if I needed to change rooms… I had a group of vacationers on walkers, scooters, and canes… But the state was very comfortable for all of them.

Pros:

Very nice location.
Like the size of the room.

Cons:

1) The entry to the pool was the most difficult to open & closed from the outside.
2) The water at the pools were too cold for very young children.
3) Had a room on the 2nd floor and it was hard on Seniors to walk up the stairs to check in & out (no elevator).
