My husband and I enjoyed a nice quiet getaway in a great location . Will definitely be booking again and bring the kids

Ants go marching to the tub with jets and no bubbles.
Pros:

The staff and location.

Cons:

The hot tub was broken and never got fixed after we reported multiple times it was the reason we came. There were ants that infiltrated our suite on the last night. All over the condo. Also we were promised a refund and we never got it. Not happy.

Cons:

The towels were dingy. It took maintenance three hours to deliver new towels. There was no hot water, so we were relocated to another unit. The bathroom was experiencing a leak. Fortunately, they eventually relocated us to the newer building, which was satisfactory.

Pros:

Friendly reception.

Cons:

Unit was fair, bed hard, front door sticks. Cleaning crew blocked walkway, and cut in front of us; young kids were running between pool and gym area with no adults around and staff saw this and did nothing.

Good stay, not terrible.
Pros:

Friendly staff, helpful as well. The location is great and off busy highways which is nice.

Cons:

The beds are pretty uncomfortable and parking was difficult with not enough spaces for the rooms. We had to park on handicapped parking spaces or we would not have had a place to park. The upstairs neighbors were very loud running, stomping, and yelling late at night which kept us from sleeping. The stove top is burning too hot on the largest burner and the dishwasher needs a new seal. Toilet also leaks water onto the floor.
