Hôtel mal insonorisé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur mer et le balcon !

Chambre petite et vieillotte , salle de bain obsolète er odeur persistante

1 nuit...hôtel correct...rapport qualité prix....personnel à la hauteur...

j'ai apprécié la chambre avec son balcon, la piscine et le jacuzzi. par contre, la salle d'eau est exiguë et je me suis cognée dans le distributeur de papier toilette à chaque fois. chambre très calme malgré la proximité de l'ascenseur. beaucoup de parkings. personnel très aimable

Accueil sympathique bien situé vue mer très sympa rapport qualité prix correct piscine très agréable juste un bémol sur la fermeture à 22hdu parking si non tout bien

Personnel accueuillant ,hotel de qualité moyenne ,dont le resto est remplacé par une prestation de service très moyenne

The hotel was well located. The staff of the hotel was nice and always ready to help. We were able to have a late check-in by calling ahead. No A/C in the room but it was abnormally hot for the area.

Séjour parfait, le cadre, l'emplacement, le personnel et l'hôtel était très bien

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix : la chambre et les prestations ne valent pas plus de 70 €, soit la moitié de ce que nous avons payé !
Entre la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bains, la literie à peine correcte (le matelas penche, l'alèse fait transpirer, pas de lit en 160), la déco des années 70 (crépi blanc façon Pierre et Vacances au mur),le lino de la salle de bains qui fait des vagues, l'aspect extérieur qui laisse à désirer (bâche au dessus de la terrasse pleine de traces, murs sales), cet hôtel mérite-t-il toujours ses 3 étoiles ???
Seuls points positifs : la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, et l'aménagement de la piscine.
J'ajoute qu'il ne faut pas se fier à l'appellation hôtel-restaurant, car il n'y a plus de restauration, exceptée la possibilité de commander des plats réchauffés, au choix des pâtes, des pâtes ou... des pâtes !

Hotellet havde ingen aircondition, temp. Var mellem 34 og 40 gr.
Der er ingen restaurant, så vi skulle ud i byen for at spise.
Der var mange der skulle det samme, så der skulle bestilles bord- det var svært når vi ikke kendte.til området.
Morgenmaden var på hotellet var ganske god.

Very helpful friendly staff better than a lot of 4 star hotels I have stayed in could do with air conditioning though

Could do with a signpost at the roundabout in town. Otherwise easy to find. Car park a little tight so often have to park outside, but pleanty of space. The reception is very good, friendly, and many have good English !! ( which they want to practice ). Room very standard, with a great view of the mud flats at low tide (sea view ) very clean & comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff accomodating & helpful. Canape with first drink from the bar ... a nice touch.

HOTEL: Good free secure parking, although gates are closed at about 10pm. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
ROOM: We had one of the small apartment rooms in the grounds, smallish, with TV and shower room. No air-con could be a problem when very hot, only one window in the room that was in the shower room/toilet otherwise you have to open patio doors. Room cleaned and tidied every day.
RESTAURANT: Mostly seafood as you would expect on d'Oleron but meat choices were very limited, a problem if you want to eat in every night. Inside and outside dining (dogs allowed inside as well) what out for the veracious gnats and mosquitos though.

Hotel was very good with pleasant and attentive staff. Beautiful view from room. Bathroom a little cramped but adquate. Shower curtain a nuisance. Decent breakfast in pleasant dining room. First time in Isle D'Oleron. Would definitely return and stay at the same hotel and would recommend to friends. Nice pool although weather prevented us from using. Hotel in easy walking distance from all amenities in resort.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff! Everybody was very helpful and always smiling. The overall experience far exceeded expectations.
