Mantenimiento y actualización.
Pros:

El hotel en sí es muy bonito pero necesita inversión, mantenimiento e insonorización en habitaciones.

Cons:

Las habitaciones abuhardilladas tienen encima la parte arriba de los duplex y parece que estás durmiendo con ellos.
Estuve al poco de abrir el hotel y nada que ver en tema de mantenimiento, de variedad en bar.

Genial pero no vayas para el cierre de temporada
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno aunque el último día no habían algunos productos como mermelada. Ubicación perfecta y muy cómoda con el transfer para ir a las pistas.

Cons:

Que no les quedaba de nada puesto que era el cierre de la temporada, faltaban productos en el desayuno, en la cena no había opción a la carta y ni siquiera tenían una cerveza.

Habitación algo ruidosa por las noches.

El último día casi nos echan a patadas, nos dijeron que iban a apagar las luces a las 12h porque era el día de cierre de temporada.

HOTEL DE CUATRO ESTRELLAS MUY CARO PARA LO QUE OFRECE DE VERDAD.

EL DESAYUNO ES VARIADO Y ACEPTABLE, EXCEPTO LOS TES QUE SON MALISIMOS.
NO HICE USO DEL PARKING.

Cons:

LA PISCINA PODRIA SER GRATIS. ENEL BAÑO NO PONEN NINGUN AMENITY, NI SIQUIERA UN GORRO DE PLASTICO.LA HABITACION CARECE DE LUZ SUFICIENTE. TAMBIEN SE HECHA EN FALTA UN CALENTADOR DE AGUA PARA HACER BEBIDAS CALIENTES EN LA HABITACION. LA ZONA DE TAQUILLAS PARA LOS ESQUIS, ESTA MUY CUTRE, DENTRO DEL PARKING,SIN NINGUNA COMODIDAD PARA CALZARSE LAS BOTAS DE ESQUIAR. PODIAN PONER UNA MOQUETA EN EL SUELO Y SEPARAR LA ZONA DEL PARKING. EL ACCESO DE SALIDA DE ESA ZONA PARA BAJAR Y SUBIR CON EL EQUIPAMIENTO DE ESQUIAR, ES MUY INCOMODO CON UNAS ESCALERAS METALICAS MUY EMPINADAS. LA CAFETERIA TIENE UN AMBIENTE BASTANTE TRISTE, FALTA LUZ. EN EL PASILLO DE LAS HABITACIONES, A CIERTAS HORAS HUELE MUCHO A COMIDA...

Que me vendieron el hotel con spa y resulta que el spa estaba cerrado y no pudimos disfrutarlo. Xq decían q como era fin de temporada …. Eso no lo ponía en el anuncio.

Todo muy bien … salvo la wifi y el agua caliente

Ubicación, personal muy amable, buenas instalaciones

Cons:

Lo peor por lo que le he quitado 2 puntos: 1) la wifi no funcionaba; imposible conectarse; 2) el agua caliente no se mantenía muy caliente.
Mejorando estos 2 puntos, mejoraría muchísimo.
